Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Due to some small issue they upgraded my cottage without any additional charges. Overall it was nice stay. It was little strange that breakfast option was not available in my selection at the time of booking But it wasn’t great deal since we aren’t early risers.

就是蘇聯期間的一個療養院。離埃裏温遠得很駕車一個小時上下。山裡的一個純樸村莊邊上。一切都是很老舊但吃得好而且是很好

У отеля отличное местоположение, рядом с подъёмником на горнолыжный склон, сам отель большой и элегантный. Территория отеля огромная и очень красивая, есть бассейн с сауной, обязательно к посещению))) в номере есть чайник и 2 бутылки воды, но нет чая или кофе... В целом очень приятное послевкусие

Everything was great – the location, the excellent service, the friendly staff, the cleanliness, and the food. The pool, in particular, was a highlight, truly top-notch. Thank you very much, I highly recommend this place 100% and will definitely be back again.
