オールドタウンの北側にあり、コトル城壁の入り口まですぐのところにある。メインストリートから一つ奥まったところにあり、少々わかりづらいが、近くを見回ればすぐ見つかるだろう。しかし、指定されたチェックインの時間内に到着したにもかかわらず、レセプショニストが誰も中にいなかったようで、インターホンを押しても何の反応もない。結局5分以上待ってようやく入ることができた。
受付でホテルからの連絡が行っているはずだと言われたが、trip.comのアプリ、WhatsApp、SMS、メールを確認した限りは来ていない様子であった(私が見逃していた可能性もあるが)。
それ以外の受付の対応は悪くなく、感じのいいお兄ちゃんという感じであった(なぜか常に過呼吸気味であったが)。
チェックアウトは鍵を指定された場所に入れておくだけで良いタイプのホテルである。
部屋は清潔そのものであり、部屋の中にはIHヒーター、ホテルの部屋にしては大きめの冷凍室付き冷蔵庫、幾つもの収納や物を置ける台、作業机、枕元を含むたくさんのコンセント、テレビ等がある。タオルも清潔なものが用意されている。
シャワールームはトイレと扉で仕切られているが、なぜか扉を閉めていたのにシャワー後バスルーム全体が水浸しになっており、換気扇を回したものの朝まで濡れていた(その夜雨が降っていたのも一因かもしれない)。また、シャワールームの扉の目の前にトイレが鎮座しており、同線が干渉するのは少々不便であった。しかしこれらの不満点は些細なものに過ぎず、シャンプー兼シャワージェルや高出力のドライヤー、ハンドソープ等が備え付けられており、十分満足できるものであった。
総じて、ホテルに入る方法がよくわからなかったことを除けば満足であり、十分人に勧めることのできるホテルである。

We checked in in January 2026. Maybe because it was the off-season, there were not many people and we didn't have trouble sleeping because of the loud music. The bell in the clock tower struck half past midnight, but I didn't notice it before I got up at seven in the morning. Maybe I slept too deeply. However, the room is soundproofed and if you don't listen carefully you will ignore the bell.
Special praise for breakfast. It is not a traditional buffet, but a la carte style. Each person got one hot dish, one dessert, one cold drink and one hot drink. The portions were quite enough and two adults were full to death.
What I want to complain about is that the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy and there is no view of the sea from the second floor.

The hotel features a retro interior, all wood, and breakfast is served in the morning. The mattress is firm. Robes are provided, but slippers, shampoo, etc. are not. I really liked the lively old town. Near the hotel, there's a trail leading up to an old church with a stunning view.

A good hotel in the centre of the old city, there was a misunderstanding on the settlement, but then everything was decided. According to the administrator, they only have 1 room 19 with separate beds for the entire hotel. But the beds are big and we haven't had any inconvenience , consider this when booking. The hotel has a good kitchen with a lot of food preparation facilities.

Two rooms, each with a large bed, and a kitchen and a bathroom, suitable for 3 － 4 people, you can buy noodles and vegetables yourself and make them yourself, very convenient! Very affordable! The downside is that the shower is not smooth, the water is all over the toilet.

15 minutes walk from the bus station.
The gate is not very easy to find, there is a small door with access control in the place where the building passes, which is very inconspicuous.
Travelers from many different countries can make friends.
To pay city tax 1 person/1 euro/day
No elevator, luggage has to be moved upstairs

Отличный отель, очень понравилось! Есть все необходимое, небольшая кухня, тепло даже холодными ночами. Очень удобное расположение рядом со старым городом, до магазина 4 минуты, рестораны. Доброжелатеный хозяин. Все очень приятно и по-домашнему ))

We are very satisfied because the room is large, but there are no hotel facilities such as hair dryers and slippers. We need to bring our own. I think the price is very high, because it is winter, do not play the sea, so there is no resort hotel on the beach, the purpose is to be convenient and cheap. This is a bit difficult to find in the ancient city at first. You can find it on Google Maps. The hotel has a hotel name on the door. If you can't find it, you can ask the merchants in the ancient city. After arriving, you need to call the landlord first to open the door to check in. Remember to check in after 2 pm. The phone is posted at the door, okay? There is a 0 in the middle, don't add it when you call. The ancient city is quiet at night, safe, and the facilities are old, but harmless. Not suitable for the elderly and children, because this building, the stairs are not easy to climb, the spiral stairs are very narrow, there is no elevator, but it is suitable for us to have no high requirements for the living conditions, the demand is clean, safe, convenient to travel, and very cost-effective. The location is also convenient, the landlord's phone contact attitude is also very friendly, and you need to check out before 11 o'clock. TTINGHUIIt is a particularly comfortable homestay, and the scenery is amazing on the balcony! Before leaving, I took some photos on the balcony as a souvenir. The landlord is a very friendly couple, you can see their intentions in the room. The quilt is very clean after washing, the bathroom and sink in the toilet are also very clean, there is a kitchenette and a very complete tableware, and even some basic seasonings. More importantly, it is a five-minute walk from the pier where the Blue Cave is booked, and a two-minute walk from the pier to the ancient city. This will also pass a big supermarket in the middle, which is very convenient. Because I had some trouble during the trip, they were very, very patient to disturb the landlord to borrow alcohol and chargers at night and helped us. I hope everyone has a pleasant journey here!
This is a particularly great B&B and was amazed by the view from the balcony! I took some photos from the balcony as a souvenir before leaving. The landlords are a very friendly couple and you can see the care taken in the rooms. The duvet was freshly washed smelling very clean, the toilet bath & sink were both very clean, there was a kitchenette and very well stocked with crockery and even some basic spices. What's more it's only a five minute walk from the pier where the Blue Hole was booked, and a two minute walk from the pier to the old town, which also passes a large supermarket on the way, making it very convenient. Because we had some trouble during the trip, we disturbed the landlords at night to borrow alcohol and chargers and they were very, very patient to help us. I hope you all have a great trip here!

TTsue ChunNice newly renovated apartment. Definitely need a car to reach this place. In Feb it was cold and no central heating but had aircon on hot mode.
Upon arrival it takes 3h to heat up hot water tank.
Quite a lot of bugs but that s living in the nature for you 😊
