Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and fresh throughout my stay. The view from my room was breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s facilities. The pool area was well-maintained and perfect for relaxation, while the fitness center had everything needed for a good workout. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was simply outstanding – fresh, diverse, and of high quality. The location of the hotel was also a huge plus. It was conveniently situated near major attractions, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being in a central location, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, providing a perfect balance between accessibility and relaxation. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure guests had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit! Thank you to the entire team for making my trip so special.

It was great to stay with the kids. We talked while listening to the sound of the sea. I plan to revisit another room next time. I booked late so I only got the one remaining room. The only thing that was disappointing was that when I went to the bathroom, the entrance light came on and woke me up. .But the 10th floor is where I should go when I wake up at dawn... It's nice. I go up before 7 o'clock, get some fresh air, make some coffee, and drink it. I'll use it well and come back next time.

The room is modern and pretty well equipped but I'm not too sure about cleanliness because there was still hair in the shower drain on the floor, I had a spider in the bathtube and there wasn't any toilet paper at all in the room... The problem is that it's an unnamed establishment which means you enter with a code but if there is an issue with the room you have nobody to talk to! The decoration of the room is a little bit ”too much/kitsch” but all in all ok. The TV is big but no Netflix and it didn't seem possible to mirror my phone on it. The hotel is a bit of the main area of the town so there's not many people around. And the arrival is a bit weird as you need to park in a specific enclosed spot just for your room number and there you had a staircase that goes to your room. It's a bit confusing when you arrive there and again, nobody to really help. Not a good place to stay if you have a disability or very heavy luggage as the only access to the room is through that pretty steep and narrow staircase. No common room or place with a microwave so you need to eat out.

I hate to give a bad review but this staff member was probably the worst I ever came across. Be aware the check in is 10pm - much later than others. The room itself was fine, very happy and wanted to extend, but the staff member insisted checking out, then coming back at 10pm, even with extension. When I asked him, he said “it’s not my business”. Terrible attitude. He then tried to charge 20,000 cash for keeping the “free upgrade” I was given. No idea why you give with one hand and take with the other. Had to complain and argue and even still they refused refund for second day. Took me 3 hours or messaging to get money back. Just avoid. Sadly a great place, location so so but the staff member we dealt with was the worst person I’ve met in Korea.

Overall this is a nice place to stay for 1 night. Location is just outside the main visitor area which is good for us because we don’t mind the walk as exercise to walk off the food we eat. Owners are great! Very friendly and surprise each guest with simple breakfast to start of the day even though we didn’t asked for breakfast to be included. Only small inconvenience is our room didn’t come with on-suite bathroom and we have to use our bathroom at the yard which is what Koreans used to do in olden times when bathrooms are outside of the main house. It’s quite an interesting experience for me to wake up in the middle of the night to go to the yard in pitch black darkness looking for slippers to wear and running to the bathroom 😜

We had a great time here at Hotel Palace. The hotel itself is close to all attractions (walking distance) and also easy to reach by bus. Other than expected, we could check in earlier than 5pm (which I found pretty late) without charging anything! Also, all facilities were super clean and the room itself quite big. As others already mentioned, everyone can use the cafeteria to make ramen, coffee and get water FOR FREE - liked this a lot. Breakfast was simple but good (toast, jam, peanut butter, Joghurt, fruit) and I think if you come prior to guests taking everything for themselves- there will be enough from everything also for you. I fully recommend this place- only thing which would be great were big towels for showers.

It's a place I got in a hurry, and it's clean. I got it because the price was cheap, but I think it's a hotel because there are a lot of rooms. ㅎㅎ It's like an old motel~ It's clean and the amenities are good.

I stayed in the best hotel among more than a dozen hotels in Korea. It was very clean. The kitchen facilities on the first floor were very good. The boss was very enthusiastic and helped me with everything. There were also toothbrushes and breakfast! Even the hair dryer was very useful. I want to buy the same one. The whole house was heated. The heating was sufficient, even a little hot. It was very warm and comfortable. Water, towels, juice, milk, toast, and cereal were all available on demand. There were also facilities for cooking instant noodles. There were also many restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. I will stay here again next time I come.

Ok. I wanted to select a neutral thumb. Good points, there was parking, the room was clean. Mostly. Thr shower had some stains, not sure of they could be scrubbed out. Bad points. Its in the middle of what appears to be a district of love hotels. I feel like this one is trying to distance from its Love motel past, but the curtains hanging in the front of the park garage, though rolled up, are a dead give away. Only other complaint is the smell of cigerettes has not cleared fully. Overall Ive stayed in far worse, not clean places in the states. I would reccomend for the price and parking.

Jukdo Market, Express Bus Terminal, and Songdo Beach are close by. It's the center of northern and southern Pohang, so it's perfect for backpackers. It's so~ clean and so~ cozy. The bedroom and living room are separate, and the bean porridge for breakfast is especially warm. Oh, and the owner's fashion sense is a bonus. Oh, no matter how good everything is, if it's expensive, it's useless, but this place has the best value for money!!! I'd go here again.
