Staff go out of their way to help Enjoyed our stay here This old hotel is kept clean Enjoyed the Buffet breakfast The staff is very attentive. Just ask and all will be sorted superfast.They would ask whether our needs were being met during our stay. Its location on Cairo Road makes it easy to visit some of Lusakas iconic sites i.e. the National Museun, Culural Village, and various markets. Area around hotel felt safe. Самое лучшее в этой гостинице - расположение. Буквально за забором парламента. Что означает относительное спокойствие, ночную тишину и круглосуточную безопасность. Просторная зелёная территория с бассейном - романтичное место для завтраков, работы или просто ничегонеделания. Гостевые номера не самые выдающиеся, но с набором всего необходимого в наше время, правда, без туалетных принадлежностей. Два рулона бумаги - максимальное украшение ванной комнаты. Зато есть холодильник, телевизор, шкаф, стол, тумбочка. Живи и наслаждайся, если тебя не пугают периодические отключения света, воды, интернета (непродолжительные, как правило). Но на то она и Африка.

Didn’t realise before booking that this is a Chinese-operated hotel aimed I would imagine at hosting the local Chinese workforce. All TV channels were in Chinese, breakfast was Chinese food, coffee machine instructions were in Chinese. However, the staff were all Zambian and extremely helpful. Supposed to be a no-smoking hotel but it smelled strongly of cigarettes in our corridor. Bathroom kept smelling like a ‘wet dog’. No facilities in the hotel but luckily a great bar and restaurant next door.

Wonderful cordial staff always willing to go the extra mile! Rooms were ok, could be improved with some couches or desk and chair in the room, as well as an iron and ironing board. These small items go a long way in making the stay a lot more comfortable. WiFi needs to be worked on as a matter of URGENCY. Being out of town, communication is key for travellers. We could not connect @ all! Please sort this out FAST! Otherwise great location and vibe!

Perfect location and clean hotel. Continental breakfast was good. Nice Zambian coffee was available on request. A little noisy daytime @ lobby/restaurant area, as it's the place where most of the hotel staff members remain to watch TV😀😃😄 . The pool was clean. Recommended place for a family stay.

The environment and atmosphere are quite nice; many foreign tourists visit. It's located in the city center, within walking distance of the largest shopping mall, and has convenient transportation and easy access to taxis. The courtyard itself has a beautiful landscape.

Breakfast was average and environment was ok. There is a 24-hour convenience store near the gas station next to it. It is too difficult to find a convenience store in Lusaka. In a business district, you can go to the supermarket to buy something during the day.
