We have booked the room on the top floor with the ocean view. Not the hotel of the dream, but it was clean, hot water 24 hours, no insects! By the surprise there was not a balcony in the room, but we were sure it should be in our room type, but some people use the common balcony to dry the clothes). It was super, that the beach and the cafes were very close to the hotel! Nice view also is good point of this place🫶

And I would like to share my experience with the housekeeping staffs Mr Bappa ,mr.ankit,mr gaddu,mr.nilesh, mr.aman. they all were very friendly ,& helpful person thank you so much for making my stay more comfortable.The cleanliness of my room was exceptional. I appreciated how the bed was made neatly each day, and the bathroom was spotless.
The housekeeping team did a great job of restocking supplies, such as toiletries and coffee. I noticed that they also took care to arrange my personal items thoughtfully.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the housekeeping services during my stay. Thank you for maintaining such high standards!
Отель понравился, но номер был грязный. Постельное, стены и потолок в пятнах, грязь на полу, нет одноразовых тапочек, зубной пасты, щёток, халатов. Фен сломан. На балконе очень грязная мебель. Отель отличный, но наполнение оставляет желать лучшего. Завтрак (шведский стол) мне понравился. Расположен отель в тихом месте, вокруг красивые виды. Пешком до пляжа 7 минут. Есть парковка.

The stay at grand delmon was very comfortable. The staff was very courteous and supportive. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is in the center and has the best location as the same is near from the market. If you are looking for a safe location, this is the best place to go. If you want to have a hotel with swimming pool, it does not have the same. Overall the stay was amazing. We had memorable time over there.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable. The resort is spacious and beautifully maintained, and the rooms are even larger and more comfortable than expected. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations — it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Самый лучший из имеющихся на мой взгляд я был в период отпуска в трех гостиницах и остался в этом так и прожил до конца отпуска всего три дня )))) знал бы сразу туда.
На счет завтраков если вы славянин наесться можно, не сложно, там делают каждый день омлет, местная еда в приоритете )))) чисто, горячая вода, есть
I arrived early, and despite my check-in being post 12 pm, they accommodated me at 10 am. The hotel has good private parking and a great location near baga and calangute beaches. Overall, a wonderful experience!
Невероятно красивый отель. Территория утопает в зелени - завтракаешь как в тропическом саду. А вот самые дешевые номера, конечно, потрепанные порядком… отсутствие балкона в них тоже печально - вези сушить реально негде. Также наш номер выходил окнами на дорогу и без беруш спать было тяжело, не смотря на то что улица не центральная. Про уборку надо говорить на ресепшен или самим уборщикам, иначе не уберутся и не принесут полотенца и тд… Вода не в одноразовых бутылках а в стекле и если честно она странного оттенка - покупали и пили свою). Но это основные недочеты, которые забывались сразу, когда выходили во внутренний двор.. Завтраки мне нравились - много свежих овощей, а это в Индии редкость. Омлет и яичницу готовят вкусную, есть нутелла )) У нас был также включен ужин и было здорово когда людей было мало и поэтому кормили по меню - там есть сендвичи, салаты, рыба, креветки… а потом людей стало больше и на ужин стал также шведский стол - и вот там почти все индийское, и даже макароны зачастую с кучей нарезанного чеснока((
Очень приятный менеджер. Добросовестные уборщики, официанты и охранники милейшие.
В целом отель очень понравился, а вот за его пределами (( дорога к пляжу хоть и не долгая но грязная с мусором и всеми остальными прелестями Индии… возвращаться на Гоа пока желания нет ни малейшего

AAimz13I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros.
Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression.
We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice.
However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep.
We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel.
The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional.
Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website.
We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns.

DDoufutravelsFor our India trip, it’ll be Little India Beach Cottages that’ll be our special haven! Goa is a beautiful stretch of India already, but this hotel has gone above and beyond to make it shine all the more! We’d originally booked a standard room, but we wanted something bigger so we asked at reception for some options. They jumped at the chance to help us, suggesting one of the larger spaces which had separate kitchen, living room and bedroom. It became our little home for three nights—and we loved it! That night, we tried to hotel bar and restaurant, and from then, we ate there daily. The food is divine and easily some of my favourite Indian food! As typical Brits, we loved the sweet and spicy potato! We also tried Cabo (coconut liquor) for the first time because of the wonderful recommendation from Sonu! Sonu made sure we were looked after whenever we wandered into the restaurant, hungry and in need of some delicious curry! He was so warm and really helpful with my dietary requirements! He’s such a sweetie!!
We also booked our excursions through the hotel. Kapil was not only our driver but also our tour guide! He’s super knowledgeable about Goa to an almost superhuman level! He was such a laugh on the trip and made sure we had the best time possible. He really taught us a lot about life in Goa and how the history shaped the people and life the there. He was also the one to drop us off at the airport so we got to leave on a high note!
Generally, all the staff were fantastic. We were sad to leave our haven by the end.

GGuest UserThe location is right on the beach and near to lots of bars and restaurants. At the moment, there is a rule in Arambol about live music stopping at 10pm so it isn't overly loud. You can hear the sea when the music is not playing. It is at the quieter end of Arambol beach (regarding sunbathing tourists) which I liked but there is still music playing. This may or may not appeal.
The room was basic, but clean when I arrived. I stayed for 6 nights, and they never came into my room. Not to clean, not to empty the bathroom bin. Not for any reason. That is fine by me as I am ok to empty my own bin, but may bother others. The linens and towels were old but clean.
Weirdly, I asked for an extra toilet roll after day 4, and I was told I was entitled to only one but that they would make an exception! The length of your stay appears to be irrelevant to the amount of provisions. They also didn't provide a top sheet. I asked for one and he seemed uncertain if I cold have one and said he would let me know later, then forgot (and apologised later). They said I had a blanket and could use that - but those are rarely cleaned so I didn't want to use it next to my skin. It was actually okay as I didn't end up needing it, but if there had been lots of mosquitoes there would have been zero barrier.
The owners were friendly and said hello whenever I passed them.
VVikashI went during the monsoon season and the hostel had to take precautions to prevent any flooding, by putting up huge covers which kind of made it seem like it was under construction. So if you are going during the monsoon season don't be surprised if it doesn't look like the pictures. I had no complaints as at least it prevented flooding. The staff were all amazing and very nice, just not it is a cashless hostel so everything is through their app. I went during off peak so not much of a hostel vibe and people mostly sticked to their own groups. Nothing much around the hostel except a few cafes but has a very calm and relaxing environment. It is also a 5 min walk to Mandrem beach where u can walk ***** the full beach to go to Arambol and also to Sweet water lake. All in all service and cleanliness was great, location was alright and not much facilities except a small pool.
GGuest UserSo beautiful, i can't say that. Location is super close to ashvem beach. Restaurant as also available at walking distance. Crowd of la gracia is extremely good. Very supportive staff. Perfect stay for family/solo/group. I just loved it.
GGuest UserInteriors are in good condition. Its superb. Room was clean however the cleaning was done only by wiping throughly. Seen dust on the cornersbin the rooms and bottom of tea tray. No space after keeping bed. No way to dry towel and wet clothes. Bathroom is very small in size one can not easily moce while having bath. Repeatedly poking toilet commode. The name of the room is executive but it's really a small sized lowest category of room and the price is little hire compared to similar sized rooms in other property.

They fulfilled all my wishes with a kind smile on their face. The hotel has an excellent location, the beach, restaurants and shops - everything is literally at the exit of its doors. The room was clean. All appliances (refrigerator, kettle, air conditioner and TV) were working properly. The balcony is comfortable, with a table, two chairs and an ashtray. The hotel serves a delicious breakfast, and on the day of my departure, the chef even came early to feed me before the flight. Thank you so much! I love Morjim! I miss you!
