Lovely hotel, great location, Tunjungan Shopping Mall is just right opposite. Room is clean and cozy. All the staffs are super friendly to help. Their breakfast is amazing! Lot of choices ! I love it, Will come back again!

Parking is difficult and cramped; if the lot is full, you have to park outside. The breakfast menu is outstanding, complete, and delicious, with different options every day. The towels are a bit faded in color, but overall the room, sheets, and blankets are spotlessly clean.

staying at Kampi for staycation during Christmas holiday. near TP and Tunjungan Street (you can walk, just around 5-10mins walking distance). there was Apsari Park and a lot of food stall from local seblak, fried rice to Burger King, McDonalds, etc. there was one pub/club just across the street from Kampi. the room was quite spacious, though they had no bathtub. first thing first, they provided each roomi with android TV, so you can stream your favorite show on netflix, prime video, etc. definitely will be back here for another short vacation.

Very strategic location in the central of surabaya. Front desk speak limited english but nothing to expect for the price. Its quite clean and convenient

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Surabaya City Center. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in the heart of the city. What truly made the stay memorable was the outstanding service from the staff; they were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my entire visit. Additionally, the hotel's spa service was fantastic and highly relaxing. I am very impressed with the hospitality and overall experience here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Surabaya.

This hotel was well priced and the staff were very accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious - with extremely comfortable beds. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the swimming pool and lounge area was great too. I would definitely come back again!

From the outside, it's a little small, when I entered, it turned out that there were a lot of rooms. The elevator is large. The air conditioner TV is ok, the toilet hot water is not on. There is a gap in the door of the room, so it looks like it is taken from the outside. Near the rsj sleeping. Not bad for a tight rest.

Old hotel but well maintained. Rooms r huge n clean n the ac is very cold n i like it. The only minus thing is that the tv channel , no Hbo/Cinemax. Breakfast not much variety but taste ok. Staff r very helpful. Recommend fr this hotel.
