Quite old hotel,but still good except the towel is smelly,can ask houskeeping to change is got the stinky towel

Had a pleasant stay with warm hospitality. The location is excellent. Just a short walk to the massive Tunjungan Mall. The room was simple and clean. The shower water pressure was a bit low, and the bathroom only had an overhead shower without a handheld option, which made it slightly less convenient. Still, overall it was a good experience.

located in the heart of kayutangan where nearby local attraction at, cafes, places, station and Idjen boulevard. the hotel is clean, has a free valet service for car parking, small pool in the 6th floor facing the street. the staffs are very accomodate what you needs, they also offer us a free upgraded room to deluxe.

Maybe the only complaint about this Hotel, just the housekeeping, they really did the Cleaning so early at 09.00 am, knock your door, and after that 1PM they do Cleaning room with ”magic” but didn't worked hahahahahaa... The room still dirty and mess

I had a pleasant stay at the said hotel. I was given a surprise at my room door by the staffs, bringing me a small cut birthday cake and singing birthday song. Thing that can improve is the towel, which had a weird smell. Maybe management can look into it. Thank you.

The location is closed to high way entrance and the surrounding has a lot of restaurants and food. Since it is on the main road the traffic has started in earlier morning

A comfortable place to relax. The facilities are good, the staff is friendly, and it's centrally located. The food was also tasty, though the menu lacked a bit of variety (unlike other Favehotels I've stayed at). But overall it was great, and I'll definitely return. Thank you.

Stay again for the 2nd time after my original first stay when we first arrived in Surabaya before moving to Jogja. This time the room assigned to us had problem with the shower head. Its spoilt and the water was so close to the wall it is almost impossible to shower properly. You either bump into the faucet or accidentally turned it off or moved the water setting, very frustating. If not because if its proximity to one of the largest shopping mall (Tunjungan Plaza) and my first stay room was not so bad without the shower head issue, I will surely have had a bad experience with the hotel itself. Its value for money though. The location is exactly the sane as Wyndam hotwl. (4 stars) which is jusy opposite the hotel

Stayed in the NEW Deluxe Queenbed Room. The room comes with a queen-size bed and a smart TV (YouTube, Netflix, etc. available — just log in with your own account). Got a room on the 8th floor: fast Wi-Fi up to 30 Mbps, and a wonderful night sky view. Highlights: Varied and delicious breakfast. A complete menu is available — appetizers, buffet breakfast, egg corner, Asian and Western dishes (photos attached). Very strategic location, close to a mall, Brawijaya University, and Muhammadiyah University. GoFood and GrabFood friendly. At night, there are tons of great food options nearby — from penyetan, martabak, red fried rice, and more — all within 0–30 minutes delivery range.
