Our 2nd time staying at this hotel. It was in a good neighborhood (many street food vendor at night). Good service (fast check-in/out), suitable parking space. Overall a great stay for us.

A very good vintage hotel in Surabaya Old Tiown. Loca yes just across Taman Sejarah and near Jembatan Merah. The service is excellent, when I got a warm welcoming letter and a plate of chocolate cake.

One of the good hotels to try. Because there are many strategic places that sell cheap food and sungi because the location is in the middle of housing. The weather is cool and there is also a swimming pool. Suitable for families and couples for weekends or long holidays

Please change the door room coz there some crack on door room number 509. People can sneek into the room. Repair the hot water circulation coz both room 509 and 510 we dont get any hot water in the shower.

Whiz Prime Hotel Malang is a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the heart of the city. The hotel boasts truly stunning views, and I took so many incredible photos from the balcony of my room – it was breathtakingly beautiful. It’s also very close to Mount Bromo. The only downsides were that the room was extremely hot during the day and freezing at night. They only provide a small heater, which wasn't very effective. I confirmed with the hotel manager that they don't have air conditioning due to a local government policy for environmental protection. My main complaint after checking in was the cold showers, which were quite an experience! It seemed like the electric water heater wasn't very stable, and taking a cold shower, especially at night when the mountain top is chilly, was pretty awful. Otherwise, everything else was really good. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special, and there were a lot of flies, but I guess that's just how it is in this area, so you can't expect too much. Having seen some of the other hotels, I still think this 'influencer-friendly' hotel is quite good.

The room is very bright thus enough light when its needed for me to work during my business trip. The breakfast have decent amount of choices. Will definitely come back and stay here in the future trip

The location is strategic. Close to the campus area. Want to go anywhere near. The facilities are very complete. Cleanliness no. 1 siii. There is a garden in the pool area, so you can enjoy your time while relaxing. Top for Grand Valonia. Good luck

Located in the heart of Surabaya, about a 10-minute walk from the department store. On the way, you'll pass some great sports shops. A simple breakfast is included (you can ask the staff to fry eggs, they're delicious!). The two male front desk staff were unhelpful and immediately said they couldn't assist with anything (very passive problem-solving), but the rest of the female staff went out of their way to help us with our issues!
