CChessmasterI have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.
GGuest UserLocation - amazing place. We could see a sea and beautiful view on the city. We had some trouble with check-in, it was delayed more than 1 hours.
Also we had unfinished cleaning - dirty towels, garbage in the bucket.
But in general it was OK. All our troubles was resolved by room service. We had all necessities in our room - dishes, table, wi-fi and air conditioner with heating function.
GGuest UserThe building is in a good location and has market and stores close to it.
The dont have phones in the room so one night I went to the reception to ask for toilet paper because i had finished and they told me they dont have and it would be better if I go to the market to buy one or come next day morning to get one. We are talking about a huge brand with thousands of rooms and I cannot understand how is it possible they dont have toilet paper or why the people attending the reception can not handle small issue this property.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself offers beautiful views from its 50-story high-rise, and there are several similar hotels within the building.
The room was clean and nice.
Outside the hotel, I'd add a few points:
1. Parking is a problem. There's no free parking anywhere nearby. I can't imagine where people park during peak season if there are no spots along the road even in May. Paid parking costs 30-40 GEL per day.
2. On the corner, there are about 10-15 prostitutes who head into this hotel in the evenings. Seeing this was a bit off-putting and made the area feel a bit seedy. There's also a casino and a nightclub nearby. Overall, though, none of this really interfered with relaxing in the room.
3. There's ongoing construction, so it can get noisy during the day.
I would return to the hotel, as it's a great option considering the price-quality ratio.
NNATAMIKIThe location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Old Batumi. Excellent value for money. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and homely; the moment you step inside, you instantly feel cared for and experience genuine hospitality. The owner personally greets guests, and at breakfast, complimentary homemade white and red wine is served, along with watermelons, melons, and khachapuri – there's always plenty of everything. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel; rather, you feel like you're visiting friends. And breakfast on the terrace? That's a whole different story – better than any observation deck!
GgeritchQuite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.
GGuest UserModern and very clean building.
Meticulously clean.
Has a balcony but the view from my room was mainly to the neighboring building.
However, the location is great and there are four supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity.
The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserGreat place to stay. Very Cody room with a stunning city view. A bit hard to find so it’s worth calling the owner when you arrive. He is super nice and will come to pick you up. He was also super helpful, providing all kinds of information about the city
