Finally got to Wudang Mountain for some much-needed relaxation! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel's ambiance is fantastic, especially the large terrace – the view is breathtaking. On a clear day, seeing the distant mountains and sea of clouds instantly brings a sense of peace. The room itself is designed in a new Chinese style, with thoughtful details, and the bathroom looks very high-quality; it was a really comfortable stay. Beyond the beautiful scenery, the overall experience was top-notch! In the afternoon, there's complimentary Shenshi tea, perfect for sitting down, sipping tea, and chatting – so pleasant. Breakfast was also delicious, with a rich variety of fresh options that left me feeling energized. You can also catch the sunset over at Nanyan Palace. The biggest surprise was the free Tai Chi class! Practicing Tai Chi with the instructor on the terrace in the evening, with the sky above and mountain breeze, was incredibly therapeutic. The instructor was very professional and responsible, correcting postures hand-in-hand and patiently guiding us, so even beginners could quickly pick it up. The service throughout was superb, making us feel completely at home. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Wudang Mountain!

The hotel's location is quite good, making it convenient to get everywhere. The rooms are a bit small and the facilities aren't new. The price was acceptable during the Chinese New Year period, but the room's cleanliness really impacted our stay. There were spills that hadn't been wiped up, the trash hadn't been emptied, and the water glasses had mold spots. When we contacted the front desk, the staff said they were too busy because of Chinese New Year and could only address it the next day. The parking lot is very small, but the parking attendant was enthusiastic and had a good service attitude. The soundproofing was decent, and breakfast was just okay.

I had to stay one night in Wuhan and wanted a hotel with convenient transportation, good food, and shopping nearby. This hotel met all my needs for a half-day stopover. From the airport, Metro Line 2 goes directly to the hotel building entrance, which is extremely convenient. The entire building houses five hotels on different floors. Atour's front desk is on the 56th floor, and all rooms offer high-level views. The hotel is close to Hankou Street and the Art Museum, making it lively and convenient. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and a souvenir supermarket – a paradise for young girls! Nearby, you'll find popular spots like Cha Yan Yue Se, crayfish restaurants, and lotus root soup, with a whole street dedicated to food. The hotel's main entrance is under construction, so taking a taxi isn't very convenient, but the metro is the best way to get around and ensures a timely arrival at the airport. The room itself was clean and minimalist, typical of Atour, with comfortable bedding and towels. I chose a river-view room, and while it faced the river directly, the view wasn't as spectacular or brightly lit as the one from the restaurant area; it was a bit ordinary. The room size was also just average. The hotel's service, however, deserves the highest praise. When I used the laundry room, they proactively folded my clothes and delivered them to my room. The clothes came back fragrant and soft, perfectly solving the hassle of doing laundry on a humid day.

As a loyal fan of Ascott and Somerset, I previously stayed at the Somerset on Wusheng Road, and this time I tried a new Somerset location – it was truly fantastic! The room was spacious and brand new, decorated in my preferred minimalist European style, and the heating was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Future City is right downstairs, with a Yonghui Supermarket and subway access, making it convenient to get anywhere.

During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

Chose to stay at the Manxin Hotel in Wuhan, and my overall experience was great! The bedding quality was amazing – the duvet cover was clean and odorless, and the bedding itself was soft and comfortable. The blackout curtains were fantastic, allowing me to sleep until I naturally woke up. The hotel's location is superb; it's within walking distance to the pedestrian street, making getting around incredibly convenient. The attention to detail is impressive, and it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend checking it out!

I genuinely recommend this hotel! The environment is quiet and peaceful, the room is spacious and bright, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained, almost brand new. The cleanliness is exceptional; every corner is spotless. The service attitude is also fantastic, very thoughtful and detailed. My stay here was a perfect 10/10! 💯

This hotel is located in a bustling area, yet the rooms are surprisingly quiet, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. There's even a shopping mall right downstairs. The room was clean and tidy. The cleaning lady (I forgot her name, but she cleaned room 1322) was very warm and attentive. She replenished our water, changed our towels, and replaced the trash bags, always with a smile. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Wu, was also very welcoming. She greeted us proactively, asked about our stay, and even gave us a small gift. My only minor complaints are regarding the room facilities. Firstly, the floors in both bathrooms are elevated, with the threshold stone being about three to five centimeters higher than the carpet in the bedroom. There were no warning stickers, making it easy to trip when entering and exit. Secondly, the master bedroom's large bed is next to a wardrobe, and the entire wardrobe door is a large mirror, which was disturbing to sleep next to and quite startling when waking up in the middle of the night. Thirdly, the room lighting was too dim. Adding a main light fixture would better suit modern needs.

The service was excellent; seeing that we were two adults and two children, the staff proactively offered to add a tatami bed for us. The location is fantastic, right by Binjiang Avenue. In the evenings, a stroll along the river is lovely with the cool breeze and beautiful scenery. Just across the way is the Yiling Yangtze River Bridge, which you can walk across to get a panoramic view of both banks – majestic mountains on the south side and a bustling cityscape on the north. It’s only a few minutes' walk from the Wanda Tourist Center, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The local snacks nearby are also affordable. There's a free underground parking lot. Just contact the front desk in advance, and they'll send you the location. It's easy to find the parking lot by following the navigation. Thank you.

The hotel is directly above Exit H of Jianghan Road Station on Metro Lines 6/2, making it super convenient for getting around. The exit is closer to Line 6, so if you're coming from Line 2, you'll need to walk a short distance. I really liked the hotel's modern style overall. The only minor issues were the black frame around the bathroom mirror right inside the door, which was a bit startling, and the drain being a little slow. Otherwise, I was very happy with the level of automation in the room, the TV size, the heated toilet seat, and the powerful air conditioning! The hotel also has a laundry room, gym, a kids' play area, and retro games like Contra and Mario. It's a nice touch that they deliver your dried clothes back to your room after laundry in the evening! The breakfast was good, though I hope they'll add more variety in the future. Overall, I'm satisfied and would stay here again!
