🌟 **Stunning High-Altitude Views, Osaka's Nightscape at Your Fingertips**
The biggest selling point of this hotel is undoubtedly its high-rise location! All guest rooms are situated on the 16th floor and above. We were on a high floor, and through the room's enormous windows, the entire cityscape of Osaka unfolded beneath us. At night, the traffic lights on Midosuji Avenue looked like a golden river, and the distant Umeda Sky Building and Namba's high-rises glittered with lights. This feeling of being surrounded by the entire city was truly dreamy; I couldn't stop taking photos.
🚇 **Excellent and Convenient Location**
The hotel is located on Osaka's main thoroughfare, Midosuji Avenue. While in a bustling area, it offers a peaceful retreat. Transportation is incredibly convenient; it's just a 3-5 minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 13). Whether you're heading to Shin-Osaka for the Shinkansen or going shopping in Umeda or Shinsaibashi, it's only one subway stop away, or even walkable.
* **Shopper's Paradise:** Walk or take one subway stop to Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and Umeda Hankyu Department Store.
* **Daily Conveniences:** Downstairs, there's a convenience store (7-Eleven), a drug store, and many local ramen shops and izakayas, so late-night dining is never a problem.
🛏️ **High-Quality Accommodation Facilities**
The hotel's interior design is a modern, minimalist business style, very chic. The lobby is on the 15th floor, serving as both a reception area and a sky lounge with expansive views.
* **Room Amenities:** For its class in Japan, this hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms. There's plenty of space to open up suitcases. The attention to detail is excellent; in addition to standard toiletries, they even thoughtfully provide a hair straightener/curler, which is a lifesaver for women! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the shower pressure is strong enough to wash away a day's fatigue.
* **Executive Lounge:** If your budget allows, I highly recommend booking an executive floor room. The private lounge on the top floor offers unparalleled views. The afternoon tea desserts and happy hour cocktails are of high quality. Watching the sunset here while waiting for the night view creates an incredibly atmospheric experience.

Having been to osaka many times, my friend suggested to try out a new hotel. Centara is clean and rather new. Room is small, common in Japan. Some distance to the Namba station. Opposite it has a big electronic shop. It does not allow any prior request of late checkout not even 30 mins. So if travellers needs slight flexibility, better go back to your usual membership hotel group like mariott bonvoy or GHA. These hotels in Japan do try to accomodate if travellers’ need arise. Or maybe this is because centara grand hotel does not like those clients whose booking is through third party platform. Our group eventually check out at 10.30am due to the inflexibility of such a minor request and change our plan. Though overall other staff such as restaurant staff or staff on G floor are helpful. Anyhow due to the distance of this hotel to spots around, we won’t come back to Centara Osaka.
I've stayed at this hotel before, and everything—location, transport, price, facilities, and service—was excellent. But this time, it wasn't good. 1. The staff weren't as enthusiastic as before. 2. The front desk guy said they no longer provide bottled water; you have to get it from a dispenser near the elevator. 3. The cleaning staff just tossed my pajamas on top of my suitcase. 4. There were some stains on the duvet cover... I stored my luggage, and I recall being charged for it previously. This time, when I asked how much to pay, the young lady seemed surprised and told me it's free. Mostly, having my pajamas thrown on my suitcase really annoyed me.

The room is spacious and new. The 1.35-meter bed was very comfortable for one adult and one child, and even with four suitcases, it didn't feel cramped for a family of four. The bathroom is very roomy and well-designed, making it convenient for multiple guests. There's a free shuttle bus to and from Osaka Station from 10 AM to 6 PM, or you can walk there in about 15 minutes. The hotel's own small garden has very relaxed koi fish. Nearby, you can get a panoramic view of Osaka from the Umeda Sky Building, and there's a convenient food street underground.

This was my second stay at this hotel during cherry blossom season in Osaka.
Cleanliness: Absolutely reassuring, and the bedding was very comfortable.
Facilities: The room size was decent, quite spacious by Japanese standards.
Environment: It's very close to Umeda shopping center but also very quiet. An excellent location.

Great location, just above the train station of Osaka Central. Room is huge and clean. Service is great as well. We got our room ready before check-in time, which is lucky for us and good so that we can relax a bit before going out to explore the city.
Will definitely come back to stay here next time.
The room itself is decent, though it might feel a bit cramped for two people. The location is quite good, right by what I'd call Osaka's 'Suzhou Creek.' There are many art museums nearby. However, if you're a woman walking alone at night, it can feel a bit deserted. If you plan on staying out late, a more central location might be better. I told the front desk I'm a light sleeper, but they still put me right across from the cleaning room, which was really annoying. I was woken up early in the morning by the noise. I've attached the shuttle schedule. I actually found it more convenient to take the bus to the art museum.

This hotel offers a truly great overall experience. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel environment is also very pleasant, with a comfortable atmosphere – not noisy at all, which allowed for a great rest. The staff were very enthusiastic, always ready to answer questions, and responded quickly. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. The breakfast had a wide variety, including a live noodle station and many local specialties, and everything tasted great. I stayed for several nights and had a very good overall experience. It's definitely worth recommending!

Amazing stay for our family at Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel. The room was spotless, spacious and had an incredible city view. We also appreciated having connecting rooms, which made it much easier to look after our 2-year-old child comfortably during the trip. The location was super convenient with direct access to the station and shopping mall. Service from the staff was warm, professional and very helpful throughout our stay. Facilities were excellent and the hotel felt luxurious yet comfortable. Highly recommended for families visiting Osaka!
Good for family who rent a car as well as the parking for hotel guest has a flat rate of 3000¥ for multiple entry and exits daily
Although Hotel Nikko is an older establishment, it's incredibly well-maintained.
**Facilities:** Excellent! The shower, toilet, refrigerator, and kettle are all high-quality and fully equipped.
**Cleanliness:** I felt completely at ease and comfortable using everything.
**Location:** Situated right in the heart of Shinsaibashi, with direct access to Shinsaibashi Station from the basement, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Plus, getting to the airport is a breeze: just a leisurely stroll through the Shinsaibashi shopping street to Namba Station, then take the Nankai Express directly to Kansai Airport. Couldn't be easier!
**Service:** Top-notch Japanese service.
The hotel provides a comprehensive range of amenities, so you barely need to bring your own, and the brands are quite good. Breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options, both of which are delicious.

55renbangMy friend recommended this hotel for several reasons:
1. It's just one stop from Kansai Airport (KIX) by Nankai Rapid Express, costing 730 yen per person.
2. The hotel is conveniently located only 50 meters from the subway exit.
3. It's very close to the outlet mall, Don Quijote, a large pharmacy, and the Ferris wheel.
4. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport (but no pick-up service).
5. The free hot spring bath at the hotel is amazing; soaking in it every night was incredibly relaxing.
6. We booked breakfast because there aren't many restaurants nearby, making dining out inconvenient. The breakfast suited our taste perfectly. The restaurant is on the scenic 21st floor, where we enjoyed watching planes take off from the reclaimed land of Kansai Airport and the Ferris wheel while eating.
7. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day.
8. The front desk service was very attentive, and they had Chinese-speaking staff, which made checking in and resolving any issues very convenient.
9. The front desk provides universal adapters, which need to be returned upon checkout.
10. The hotel offers a complimentary sunset viewing spot on the 21st floor in the evening, with free drinks and snacks.
The only minor drawback is that the room was a bit small, but it had everything we needed!
GGuest UserWaldorf set the tone for the entire luxury hotel in Osaka, it deserves the highest praise. From the moment you step out of the car upon entering the hotel, the emotional experience is flawless. Upon reaching the reception area, the hot towels and tea are a first thing you'll find that sets it apart from other luxury hotels. This attention to detail is so thoughtful; it shows how much they understand that after transportation, travelers can perform a handwashing ritual, representing not only physical cleanliness but also a reminder of mental well-being. It's fantastic. The only suggestion I could make is that having someone sit down during check-in would be better than standing at the reception desk. Other staff members who left a deep impression included Yui and another girl who showed us to our room (I don't remember her name, but I do remember she taught me that Yui's name is Y and I; she was all smiles, in high spirits, and explained the hotel facilities very well, greatly reducing any sense of unfamiliarity as a new guest). Since we returned to the hotel quite late that night, we mainly went to the bar near the back entrance for drinks. The bartenders were very attentive, and the welcome drink was delicious. When leaving the hotel, the staff throughout the journey were attentive. Because our next destination was relatively close to the hotel, the staff at the entrance (I forgot his name, but I remember he was short and had braces; his performance that day was perfect) arranged for a hotel car to escort us there. The driver was Italian, very professional, and had an excellent attitude. Words of gratitude are insufficient to praise this outstanding driver. If a hotel's maximum score is 5, I would give it a 6. It truly embodies the image of a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip. I am grateful for everyone's efforts throughout the journey.

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is quite old, I can say that it is well maintained and clean. Our room is very spacious by Japanese standards (given that Japanese hotels are notorious for having small rooms). The staff are very courteous and helpful. The location is good, around 10 minutes walk from the subway station. It is also nearby a lot of malls and restaurants. I think the only downside for me is that the use of some facilities (such as swimming pool and gym) requires additional charge.
GGuest UserWe booked this hotel to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was the perfect choice! The location is fantastic — it’s directly connected to Shinsaibashi Station via the B2-level underground walkway. There are also endless shopping spots along Shinsaibashi-suji.
The views from our room were absolutely stunning. Everything feels brand new and modern. Highly recommend for a special occasion in Osaka!

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay in OMO7 with our 4 yrs old kid, it's a very kid friendly hotel. The baby room, the drinking water supply and the self service laundry room made everything convenient. The location is only 2mins from shin-imamiya station, and near by got many convenient stall and restaurants and also walking distance to Shinsekai. We love the lobby and the outdoor area too, we enjoyed the free drinks/beer with the takoyaki during their pika-pika night where kid can have fun running and playing around. And not forget about the shuttle bus to USJ that made the travel much easier. The ramen we had for our dinner was the best through out the trip.

RraiderFacilities: The classic quality of a long-standing luxury brand.
Hygiene: Impeccable, as expected in Japan.
Environment: Right above the railway station.
Service: First-class service quality! Surrounded by amazing food options! An indispensable choice when in Umeda! However, it's a bit pricey and the rooms are a bit small.
AAnonymous UserFor this trip to Osaka, I still chose to stay in Umeda.
The hotel's location is excellent, right inside KITTE. After taking the JR from Kyoto to Osaka JR Station, it's about a 200-meter walk. (If the underground path is too confusing, you can take the second floor directly, then go back down to the first floor once you're inside KITTE; one of the hotel entrances is diagonally opposite the information desk.) The shuttle bus to Kansai Airport is located downstairs from the Hilton next to KITTE; it's just across a pedestrian crossing, and there are self-service ticket machines next to the bus stop. If you need a taxi, you can go to the hotel's main entrance (the two entrances are interconnected).
Regarding hotel service, I'm personally quite satisfied. Both the front desk and room service are standard five-star quality, and I even received a thank-you email after checking out. On the first day of my stay, the minibar was complimentary, and toiletries were replenished daily with three sets per room. The slippers and combs were quite good. Additionally, the Rui restaurant on the 29th floor of the hotel is excellent, and I recommend checking it out if you have time.
For shopping in Osaka, Umeda pretty much has it all. Hankyu, Daimaru, Lucua, Lucua 1100, Yodobashi, Grand Front... they're all in that labyrinthine area.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is great, right in Shinsaibashi, and the design is very new and stylish. However, a slight drawback is the inconvenient transportation, as it's a bit of a distance to get to the shopping districts. On the upside, the room is very spacious and comfortable, and it really embodies the 'W' brand's unique style.
