Pros The hotel is in a great location. It is right on the beach. Restaurants, bars and stores were all right outside hotel. As you walk out of hotel, you will be bombarded with people selling you things: hair braiding, excursions, seafood, tattoos, bracelets, massages… etc but that’s everywhere on the beach. Hotel staff were great!  They surprised my son with a birthday song and a treat on his birthday. We didn’t even let them know it was his birthday, so they must have noticed on his passport. They took photos and videos of this nice surprise. Upon checkout, hotel also gave us personalize bracelets as thank you gifts. Swimming pool was nice and not too busy. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of options. Great breakfast view.  Cons Our room was really far. We booked for 4 but only had 2 towels in the room. Had to request for more towels as well as hand towels and floor towels as the room don’t have any. Water pressure was terrible. At some point, there was no water coming out of the faucet at all. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands. Staff were super accommodating and changed our room the next day. 2nd room was closer and much newer looking. Water pressure was good but now wifi was not working.

This hotel exceeded our expectations for a weekend couple's retreat. The layout of the property is fantastic, featuring modern, well-maintained facilities that never felt overcrowded. Our bed provided exceptional comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Customer service was remarkably attentive and polite. It is a wonderful destination if you are looking to unwind and relax in style.

Had such a wonderful stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. I also appreciate the great service and thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. Our stay at the Savoy Hotel was amazing. We had a lot of fun by the pool, at the gym, or playing ping pong. We also got a massage at the Lila spa that we really enjoyed. Our room was comfortable, clean, there was a balcony. Our towels were changed every day, garbage was picked up, sheets were changed every other day. The staff were great, polite, attentive, helpful. They deserve a lot of praise, especially the shuttle bus driver, Chris, who really made our trip even better providing a lot of information about the island and the Philippine tradition. The food was tasty. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food. The Newcoast beach is a walking distance from the hotel, and the famous Keyhole is nearby that beach. The dmall and white beach area are just 20 mins away by free shuttle bus. Thank you, Savoy, for such a wonderful experience! 🤗

I would like to commend and thank Belmont Boracay Hotel for being warm and accommodating with us during our stay. It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. The staff had been very helpful and provide an excellent service. More power to you!!

The airport transfer service was very convenient, helping us avoid the crowded public pier. The staff were also very welcoming. I'd likely choose this place again next time. They even took a commemorative photo for us during check-in, which was a lovely touch and highly recommended. There are beach chairs right outside the door, and the service was excellent – they were very efficient at laying out towels and providing water. The room was also clean.

We stayed in Boracay for 8 days, and Paradise Garden Resort was the third hotel we checked into during the trip. Surprisingly, among all the hotels we stayed at, Paradise Garden was one of the more affordable ones yet it ended up giving us one of the best overall experiences. We’re currently staying at Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay, which has a higher rate and supposedly more premium services, but honestly, Paradise Garden stood out so much more because of how consistent and exceptional their service was. From the moment we arrived, the experience already felt smooth and welcoming. The lobby had plenty of seating for guests checking in and out, which was a huge relief especially after being out in the heat. Check-in was hassle-free, and we were even allowed to check in earlier than the standard 2 PM time. Someone also personally assisted us to our room which makes sense because the property itself is huge. At first, I thought we wouldn’t even use the pools because, well, you’re already in Boracay. But surprisingly, we still enjoyed them a lot. The pools were clean, well-maintained, and not a hassle to use at all. The resort itself definitely shows its age, and you can tell it has been operating for a long time, but despite that, the service remained exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous and accommodating. I also loved that they had a beachfront area exclusively for Paradise Garden guests. We were able to borrow beach towels for free, and the seating area in front was actually really nice. There were also thoughtful extras like live band performances, massage services by the beach, and even a pool area with a functioning open bar not just something “for display,” but something guests could genuinely enjoy. The room itself was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I’m very particular about beds and sheets when staying at hotels, and I honestly slept so well there. Our experience was so good that I genuinely wished we had stayed there for three days instead of just one night. Even checking out was seamless. No issues, no stress just consistently good service from start to finish. That’s probably the best way I can describe Paradise Garden: consistent. Out of the four hotels we stayed at during this Boracay trip, Paradise Garden is honestly the one I would choose to return to. For me, it’s such an underrated hidden gem in Boracay.

I love everything about the hotel from service, amenities, and the breakfast. Check in and check out was smooth. The hotel bed was so comfortable and it's worth all the money. Water pressure was good. AC was also good. It was even hard for us to come out of the bed because it was that comfy. It really cured our stress and it really felt a vacation like we could nap multiple times a day. Lol. Really also enjoyed the pool bar with the floating bed. The drinks were reasonable as well. Staff was very friendly and nice. Really enjoyed our stay and we will come back. Only downside was, it wasn't beachfront. You had to walk 7mins from the hotel to the beach. Wasn't really a big teal because we enjoyed the pool and overyexperience of the hotel. It sounds like you want to turn that into a polished hotel review. Had a wonderful stay at Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is convenient just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife areas. The breakfast selection was good, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. Highly recommended for families and travelers looking for comfort and value in Boracay.

I had a wonderful three-day stay at this hotel. The service from the front desk, restaurant, and concierge was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly and promptly helped with any issues, making me feel very comfortable. The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. From my room, I could see the beautiful pool outside, which was a lovely view and really brightened my mood. The hotel offers a shuttle service to D'Mall, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to White Beach, so the location is truly excellent. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again on my next visit!
