I recently stayed at The Adelphi and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the train station was incredibly convenient for getting around. The convenience of having bar on-site was a definite plus. However, one significant drawback was the absence of refrigerators in the rooms. This was quite inconvenient, as it meant I couldn't store any perishable items or keep drinks cold for later, even with the bar downstairs. In today's world, having a fridge in a hotel room is almost an expectation, and its absence was definitely felt. Despite this, I would still recommend The Adelphi for its other positive aspects, convenient amenities, and easy access to transportation. I hope the management considers adding refrigerators to their rooms in the future, as it would greatly enhance the guest experience.

We had a great trip and stay at this hotel. Nice lady called Natalie in reception. We were on the third floor and all new carpet throughout. Lovely spacious family room. Comfortable beds and great bathroom with bath and shower. Good hot water pressure flow. The hotel is old fashioned style but I love this and the character. Great bar inside and also lounge area where you can watch the world go by. All very clean. We got a great deal and would recommend this very central location. Less than 10 minute walk from the train station.

Really nice hotel, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a twin cabin room (no others available)basic but comfortable and very clean, warm, TV, complimentary tea and coffee. A phone for room service if required. The breakfast was a buffet with everything you could possibly want to start you off for the day. We had a meal in the restaurant Friday evening which was really lovely with again great staff. Hotel is close to Liverpool lime street train station. Though it didn't upset our stay there was a party Friday and Saturday night that was very loud and went on till 1am It would have been nice to have been given this information.

We had a quadruple room, which was really great with comfortable beds and enough space for two adults and a child. The location is excellent, within walking distance to all the tourist attractions, 10 minutes from the airport bus, and right in front of Alexander's Pub, which is fantastic for any meal and super cheap. The only downside we noticed is that there are only two elevators, and one was broken for our entire stay, and then the other one broke too. So we had to use the stairs, but that wasn't an inconvenience for us.

Amazing place to stay. As soon as we arrived the staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough to help. This continued throughout our stay. All staff were amazing.Breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely stop here again

Everything’s neat and tidy. Great vibe well decorated with Everton and Liverpool memorabilia. City centre easily accessible by bus. Great and nice staff as well

Came here with my baby boy for two nights for a wedding beautiful hotel inside and out and excellent location room was very hot when arrived but staff gave me an extra fan :)

Good location, lovely staff, very accommodating. Comfortable bed in a nicely decorated room. The only issue we have is that the cleaning products are highly scented and both me and my husband are sensitive to anything perfumed. So on the morning we were bunged up and with the windows not opening made it even worse. This is the first time we have noticed the highly scented chemicals and we have stayed in many hotels. I thought it would be best to be honest because there are people who have allergies that could stop them from staying at your hotels. Royal Kibo show all great Staff there was a young lady called fantastic Customer Service very great hospitality concierge all round very good. I would highly recommend that she would go the long distance within the company I feel like she’s a great person. She’s been very helpful Mad at the front desk and also the other staff also have been great too all round very clean great location and also the bar was fantastic and also the Staff once again are great. I would highly recommend the Royal Cliffton here in Southport I would definitely come back and stay here again !
