Never Again Accessibility: If you have the misfortune of being allocated a room on the 4th floor, prepare yourself for a journey. You must first take a lift to the first floor, walk along the corridor and navigate a set of stairs, then take another lift. Not exactly seamless. Heating: An ugly standalone air conditioning unit blowing suffocating hot air greeted me upon entry—not what I was expecting. Lighting: Thank goodness for the mini table lamp you can move around, because there's no lighting near the bed whatsoever. Your options are either blinding football stadium lighting overhead or complete darkness. Well, almost complete darkness—sleep on the wrong side of the bed and you'll be treated to an annoying bright green light that stays on all night. Delightful. Amenities: Zero cups in the room. Fancy a little glass of prosecco before your event? You'll have to drink straight from the bottle. I suppose you could venture downstairs for a paper cup, but that would require navigating two lifts, a mini set of stairs, and mounting an entire expedition. Bathroom: Long hair and want to shower or rinse your feet? Think again. The showerhead is fixed to the ceiling with no adjustable cord, making it impossible to direct the water where you need it. I ended up shaving my legs in the bathroom sink—which, at least, gave me a chance to appreciate my flexibility, as the high sink is certainly no joke for someone who's 5'2". Bottom line: Just pay a few quid more and stay at the Easyhotel next door. Yes, they don't have cups in the room either, but at least it's no bother to fetch one.

Hi all hotel is clean enough and in wasn't happy with 2 single beds that couldn't be moved together, no tea and coffee in room and at £2 a cup and a long journey to aquire one at reception but head down at a great price.

Untrustworthy hotel Pandora solid gold silver charm bracelet and Jesus necklace was taken and not handed in. Worth couple thousand pounds. On rushing to check out. Trying to put me down to be a liar when I’m the victim it’s not the value but any person who knows about charm bracelets no how sentimental they are. Solid gold safety chain so it was impossible to lose both items at same time has the manager is trying to make out .not to mention me aving prove of wearing these at the last club with photos. The staff av been rude and not helpful but dishonesty. The shower door was broken and I was so scared to use in case it shattered the glass the bathroom door made a loud cracking noise when shutting so I did not shut even down to the lil rubbish bins did not flip up very heart broken the lost items was placed on the bed from a night out through rushing the duvet was flipped over so I would not have noticed until getting home relishing they was not in my case that they would of been covered up by the duvet please to any one just watch your items in this hotel their is no other explanation for the items. And majority of staff don’t speak English but know how to no hand items in. Sory to say not everyone is trustworthy ongoing I’m put of staying in hotels we go away for rest

Very good location at the heart of Liverpool. The staff are really helpful and solve all the issues like noises coming from some guests in nearby rooms . Great value of money

It was ok but basic for the price, no kettle or drink facilities in the room and had to ask for extra pillows, extractor fan in bathroom was covered in dust and the male member of staff was miserable.

The toilet light wouldnt turn off! (Two switches but the bulb over the shower was wired wrong so it was always on) So i slept with a light on. And with no grout in the toilet floor tiles and bathroom ceiling was peeling paint, it wasnt a pleasant experience. On a positive note, the building is fab! Loads of old staircases and an atrium upstairs with a fireplace and chandelier! Was a bit like hogwarts with all the different rooms and staircases... i wouldnt want to be in there with a fire.

The hotel is in a very convenient downtown location, but the downside is that it's in a busy area, so the soundproofing isn't great. It's suitable for short stays, and the cleanliness is acceptable.
