Staff were professional. Breakfast was excellent. The location was very convenient, near the centre of Annaba. The room was very clean but the furnishings were a bit tired.

Hard to comment on this one - as there was an issue with my booking, that Trip.com tried to help with, but the hotel wouldn't engage on. I ended to paying for the room, but not being able to stay.
