3-Star Hotels in Lower-Saxony, Germany

The accommodation was very clean! That is very positive to note. But what I would have to beat very much is a lack of way to cool/heat the room independently. In May the rooms were extremely warm. At the reception I was told that air conditioning is central and cannot be controlled and I should open the windows. His comment: for a budget hotel you can't expect anymore. 1. but only 1 of 2 windows went up 2. This will hear the complete railway traffic including ambulances. Nothing for easy sleep. Even the reception was not very friendly at the day. Otherwise it was okay.

I had a nice stay here overall. The location is excellent, being very close to the train station. A huge highlight was the wonderful service—the lady at the desk was incredibly nice and proactively shared helpful traffic updates regarding the event happening nearby. However, the facilities are quite dated. For instance, both the towel hanging bar and the toilet roll holder were loose and shaking. With a few maintenance updates, this would be a top-tier place to stay!

Excellent stay at the Stayery. It's a walk or short bus ride from the main train station, and is very conveniently located near Neumarkt, surrounded by many restaurants, shops and kiosks. Check in and out processes were digital and completely fast and easy. The room was very spacious, comfortable and nicely designed! Kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals, but be prepared to bring buy own oil and seasonings. Highly recommend.

It was quite uncomplicated and beautiful. The man at the reception was quite nice. When we ordered dinner and needed glasses and snacks, we received it directly and he wished us good appetite. This hasn't happened anywhere in other hotels. The room was also clean and beautiful, which had no big glasses, but was okay, they had even to dry for dogs and to feet it was really good. But if my dog wasn't there, I would recommend further. For the price it was also good. what really cool was 5 minutes was Rewe away in ccl we got the train 6 minutes and the S train with bus, two stations, 8 minutes and walk 10 minutes

Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber, modern eingerichtet und gemütlich, und das Bett war bequem. Auch die gut ausgestattete Küche hat mir gefallen. Leider musste ich diesmal ein paar Punkte abziehen: Im Zimmer 210 war der Abfluss im Waschbecken defekt und der Router funktionierte nicht, sodass der Fernseher nur über Kabelfernsehen nutzbar war. Wenn diese Mängel behoben werden, ist der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer.

We were welcomed warmly upon arrival and given an equally warm farewell. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The air conditioning is good by European standards. As Asians, we generally prefer cooler room temperatures, but in all honesty, this hotel was noticeably cooler than the Maritim Bonn Hotel. The room is comparable to a typical airport hotel, compact but comfortable. Making it ideal for an overnight stay or for travelers who plan to spend most of their time exploring rather than staying in the hotel. We especially loved the convenient location and the outstanding service. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would gladly return.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The location was excellent, and the facilities were modern and comfortable. The room was spacious, and the overall experience was relaxing and pleasant. While there is some room for improvement regarding cleanliness, it did not significantly affect my stay. The excellent service, comfortable atmosphere, and great amenities made up for it. I would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

What was fantastic: most receptionists were great. Only the last evening not so good as the person was couldnt give me clear information about what I could get for a packed breakfast. The breakfast was outstanding: selection, variety and abundance. Coffee was tepid. Not once was it hot and same for ”hot” water. The hotel is situated on a crossing. Traffic was loud. I could ”just” handle it but spoke to other guests who said it simply was too loud. I loved that i could opt out from having my room cleaned. The room was bigger than I expected. Nice presentation.

My only suggestion is that they should at least send the check-in instructions a day in advance. The main door has a passcode then when you get inside a computer for self-check-in will provide the key. The computer cannot find your reservation details unless its already 3pm. Maybe the machine is not programmed well enough to set the activation time of the key unlike in other hotels that key cards are activated for 3pm til 11am. Unless this is improved, it is important to send them a message if you are arriving before 3pm; even if its 2:30pm!

This hotel is about 10 mins walk from Hannover Central Station. Its directly opposites an Indian restaurant and there are several small mini markets around the hotel. However, there are no larger super markets in the zone. There is Subway Sandwich bar is about 8 mins walk from the hotel. For the price, this hotel is good value of money. My room was located of level 3 of this hotel, and there was nice outlook with trees and historical homes in the nearby streets. Internet was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
