Overall, a very good experience! The service was enthusiastic and satisfactory. The hotel's proximity to the exhibition center makes it ideal for stays during trade shows. However, prices are quite high during exhibition periods.

Hello, Yhanks for hiving an opportunity to write, So There was no water available in the room and there wasn’t any Child bed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, Desk employer was nice and calm and the parking was easy to have. Best Regards

Unfortunately there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room, otherwise really super for the money. Grade if you want to spend the night before the flight to Frankfurt.

The hotel is very new, opened just 2 weeks, they don't have everything what you need but if the receptionist tell you something what they will do and after nearly 3 hours nothing happened, this is not too except with the just opening. But the stuff was very friendly also if it's was not fast working.

Everything was great,comfortable bed.enough space for a solo traveler with full of bags. Location wise it's indeed very close to the airport. Just want to mention Sablina for rendering a great service at the front desk,she lets me check in and had my the room available ahead of time.

If the location was not exciting and this price would certainly not have chosen it ... be careful in the hot days the rooms have no aircodition, except for a fan

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the area is just right. The front desk was very welcoming and responsible and the English was very good. The hotel serves dinner, but there is pizza, which is not very tasty. You can take two or three trains to russelsheim station at the airport, then take a taxi (about ten euros) or a bus (15 minutes walk after getting off the bus) to the hotel. The first time I called Uber because of the large luggage, I chose the bus. It is also very convenient to go to the center of Frankfurt, and the train can be reached in 20 minutes to the central train station. When checking in and checking out, the front desk said that I didn't pay the room rate in advance, but I had already paid on Trip.com. After explaining to the front desk and showing them the confirmation form in the email, they did not have too much entanglement. I don't know how the Trip.com platform is booked. Their system will show that the reservation is not paid. So the English version of the itinerary is downloaded just in case.

The hotel has free underground parking. It gets a little warm in the summer without air conditioning.

This hotel is really great! The location is super convenient, with excellent transportation links nearby. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was also top-notch, and all the staff were very friendly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted delicious. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
