3-Star Hotels in Hessen, Germany

Considering the price range in Germany, some of the amenities were a bit disappointing, but it's Toyoko Inn after all. The room specifications are pretty much the same as in Japan, which in a good way makes you forget you're abroad. There were no separate amenities, just a body wash/hand soap/shampoo combo, which I guess is the German standard. I stayed for 7 nights this time, and the breakfast changed slightly each day, so I didn't get bored, which was great. It's available until 10:30 AM, which is nice if you want to take your time before heading out. The location, right by the south exit of the station, felt safe even when returning at night. Unlike in Japan, check-in took a surprisingly long time, so if you're planning to check in quickly and head out, be aware. Besides the reception, there were a few Japanese staff members who were very helpful and provided detailed information.

The trip was fantastic. I was on a solo travel. Specially I like the guy who do night shift he is so friendly and helpful with information and food. I have heard Germany people are not good at communication but To be honest whoever I met everyone was friendly and helpful

We visited on 11 April 2026. The hotel is located near the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), but it’s a bit hidden, so you may need some navigation to find it. The lobby is clean and warm, which is especially nice in cold weather when you’re heading back after a long day. A thoughtful touch is the complimentary fresh water infused with mint leaves and lemon slices, as well as free Granny Smith apples available for guests. We stayed in Room 405, which was very clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked well during warmer days. The bathroom includes a heating rack, which is useful for drying laundry or warming clothes before heading out. However, no dental kits were provided, so be sure to bring your own. Basic amenities like hand wash, shampoo, and body wash are available. One downside is the shower, the water pressure is quite weak, and the temperature fluctuates between hot and cold regardless of the dial setting. A point to be cautious about: the street outside can feel unsafe, especially at night. There were people smoking and drinking, with occasional loud noises such as shouting or music. The area was also quite dirty, with noticeable trash and a strong smell of urine. It’s best to stay alert if walking alone, particularly after dark.

The environment here is absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, really close to the airport with no traffic issues, and getting to the city center is super quick, just a few kilometers away. All the main attractions are nearby too. Plus, the area around the hotel is incredibly convenient, with everything you could possibly need.

They had a good breakfast with very nice coffee The room was hot and not the best stay l had - the bad was very hard but maybe some guest like it this way The room service forget to provide me free water and cups and tea ☕️ The Italian restaurant is great for dinner Near by currently is a construction site so it’s getting very busy and very noisy

The hotel has left a very solid impression overall. Specifically positive was the cleanliness – both the room and the bath were very careful and ordained. The shower had a surprisingly strong water pressure, which was really pleasant after a long day. The bed was also comfortable so you could sleep well. Another point of benefit was the staff: late check-in was allowed flexible and uncomplicated, making the arrival much more relaxed. A generally pleasant stay with good price-performance ratio.

I am happy that i booked this hotel actually with no idea about frankfurt as its my first visit and this is because of the perfect location ..everything is incredibly near ..the metro station, the bus , Halal food , mac , starbucjs, the biggest mall and the famous bridge of frankfurt ..the thing that i didnt like was the checking in process ..it didnt happen smoothly as i thought its all self service and they send me the code for the room immediately i had to wait for sometime while i was deadly tired already..other than that , I Loved my stay there and I defenitely recommend the hotel.

Close to the exhibition center, the regular price is reasonable. During exhibition periods, it's a bit pricey but still offers good value for money compared to other options. Dining nearby is convenient, and it's also close to the metro station.

The hotel was easily accessible from the airport via train and a few mins walking. It has restaurants close to it and museums and other lovely sites within walking distance. However, it wasn’t a quiet hotel. Other occupants kept banging room doors and there were loud occupants too. My window faced the road and it wasn’t sound proof, there were constant ambulance and police vehicles with sirens driving past. It wasn’t the best few days of my trip. The bathroom was cute, neat and tidy. The furniture in the room had stains on them which was such a turn off. The fan was clogged with dust, I couldn’t touch it. I won’t be returning to this hotel.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but I can’t give a high score for the location because the transportation around it is a bit confusing. During our stay, there were train issues, and we had to wait an hour to catch a train from the hotel to the city. On the way back, we switched to taking the bus, but it stopped at a very dark and secluded place, which didn’t feel comfortable as a tourist. On another day, when heading to the airport, buses ran about every 20 minutes, so you really need to be mindful of timing. We boarded a bus that was listed—both at the stop and online—as going to Terminal 2, but the driver told us it wouldn’t arrive there and advised us not to take it. With no other choice, we stayed on and got off when Google Maps showed we were close to T2, then walked the rest of the way. If you’re visiting Terminal 2, this hotel can still be an option since you can walk there in about 20 minutes, but otherwise transportation can be a hassle. There are restaurants and a Rewe nearby where you can get food or snacks. The hotel also provides a microwave, frying pans and dishwasher, so you can cook in your room—no need to worry about food availability. Overall, this area is a relatively cheaper option for staying in the city. The room is spacious and the price is fair, but you’ll need to weigh the time cost of transportation.
