The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the Grand Bazaar, Erdaoqiao, and Hetian 2nd Street. The soundproofing in the rooms is great 👍. We were very satisfied with the service; bottled water was readily available. Shuimogou Scenic Area is definitely worth a visit!

My friend and I stayed at the Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel during a layover in Urumqi, and it was the perfect choice for a short stay near the airport. The location is extremely convenient - just ~15 minutes away from the terminal, which made our transit hassle-free. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great advantage. Though the hotel could use minor renovations, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The room had all the essentials: slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for us to plan our day trip and order a taxi. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Even if you're not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine, you can find simple choices like boiled eggs and mantou (steamed buns). For sightseeing, the city center and main attractions (such as the Xinjiang Museum, Red Hill Park, the Grand Bazaar, and the mosque) are about 30 minutes away by taxi. We managed to explore all of them in a day. Nearby, there are also local markets, convenience stores, and small cafés for snacks and essentials. Overall, if you need a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel close to Urumqi Airport with good service and decent amenities, Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for transit travelers!

Awesome itinerary experience, full of sincerity! The warm reception of the proprietress is so touching~ Not only did she use the luxury car to pick up and drop off the whole journey, but also made delicious handmade cakes by herself, and the details were full of care! More surprising, the proprietress specially arranged the super-shot aerial team leader, and recorded the beautiful scenery along the way perfectly. The film effect was absolutely ～ and the itinerary price was particularly favorable, and the price/performance ratio was directly full! The only small regret is that the itinerary was arranged in a hurry. It was not dawn when I left the hotel. I left the hotel very late. I couldn't take a good photo. There was also a small video that I liked that I couldn't share. However, the wonderful experience of the whole process is enough to be memorable. Finally, I specially wrote a song about Sailimu Lake to the proprietress. Thank you for this kind of hospitality. I highly recommend it to friends who plan to travel. It is definitely worth a visit!

Overall, the hotel's attention to detail, from the affordable price to the excellent service and convenient amenities like free airport pickup and breakfast, made my stay in Kashgar truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, affordability, and hospitality in this beautiful city.

Exceeded my expectations, thumbs up! 👍 It's been a while since I last stayed at an Ibis, and I was pleasantly surprised that this one not only maintained the brand's usual standards but also managed to improve upon them. 1️⃣ **Hotel Design:** From the lobby to the rooms, the design is cleverly thought out. There are some unique touches that cater to guest needs while maintaining a minimalist business style, and the color scheme is outstanding. 2️⃣ **Staff:** All the staff members are really nice. 3️⃣ **Location:** Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Turpan North Station. It's super convenient to arrange car pickups/drop-offs for tours to the scenic spots. There's a supermarket and restaurants downstairs. Visiting Turpan in the summer means early starts and late returns, so staying at a hotel like this to escape the midday heat is a fantastic idea.

The environment is very good, the room is large, the front desk is very good and very warm, the problem is solved quickly, the fly in the ointment is very close to the train station, there will be a train whistle at night, the air conditioner is a bit noisy

The homestay is very clean and tidy. Although it is semi-underground, there is no discomfort. The facilities are complete and the room is clean. The service attitude is good, and they helped me book a special car to the airport for free. It is only a dozen minutes' walk from Liuxing Street. There are various foods around it and it is not far from the farmers' market.

The room is clean and hygienic, especially the bathroom sink is separated into dry and wet areas and has no odor. The service is very thoughtful. The beautiful lady at the front desk is very thoughtful and provides help within her ability. The room attendant is careful and timely. The facilities are complete, but the room is not big enough for turnover.

The hotel as a whole has ethnic characteristics, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the children said it was like a cabin in the forest and very cozy. The two beautiful girls at the front desk provided good service, polite and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation and many delicious restaurants around. The hotel has reserved parking spaces for guests, and the security staff also provide very good service. I will stay in this hotel again next time.

The room was very clean, warm, and had excellent hot water. The front desk service was fantastic. Despite being near the station and having many guests, it was surprisingly quiet. There are all sorts of restaurants right outside, and both the long-distance bus station and high-speed rail station are just a stone's throw away, so you can literally get to the boarding gate in minutes.
