3-Star Hotels in Xinjiang, China

I know the hotel probably doesn't care about reviews anymore, but their unprofessionalism was evident right from the airport pickup. It wasn't even the front desk that answered the phone when I tried to contact the hotel! Luckily, there was a pickup service at 12, which is why I'm giving a mediocre review. But if there's no pickup service at 12, why is it listed as available? The bed was a bit dirty, and the towels were old. It's 2026 now, and when my delivery arrived, it was just left in a corner downstairs, no call, no delivery robot. The security guards have a very 'politicized' vibe; I suggest giving them permanent government positions, so their attitude isn't wasted.

The room amenities are excellent; it has everything, including hand soap and even laundry detergent. The body wash and shampoo have a really sophisticated scent. There's also a humidifier, which is great for us coming from Shanghai in the south. Downstairs is a snack street, and the Grand Bazaar is just a few steps away. The location is superb!

Excellent family run renovated hotel/guesthouse in a good location. I had 2 different rooms and they were both very good quality; clean, comfortable and spacious. I also joined a 3 day tour small group around Tashkurgan and the Pamirs offered by the owner Yang who also has a travel agency. It was outstanding value and I was able to see so much more than just travelling to Tashkurgan alone. I stayed 4 nights at the guesthouse and enjoyed them very much! A value for money property and highly commended!

The hotel is very good, with a large space and a good view. There is also a table by the window. The table is clean, the bed is clean, and the breakfast is affordable and delicious. The downside is that the facilities are a bit old, it feels like many years, there is no hair dryer, no air conditioning, it is very hot to sleep at night, and the window is fixed, but the price is really affordable

The hotel's location is excellent; you can see its huge sign right outside the station's left exit (but you'll need to go around to the back for the main entrance). The staff, including front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping, were all incredibly friendly and provided service with a constant smile – it felt very welcoming! The hotel is clean and quiet. Even though it's very close to the train station, the soundproofing is excellent, and there aren't many trains, so you don't hear any noise at all! The hotel's restaurant is also fantastic, offering a wide variety of Chinese dishes and Xinjiang specialties. I was extremely satisfied! The hotel is also very close to the Karez Scenic Area, easily accessible by bus from the station exit – very convenient!

Came here for a trip and chose this hotel. The location is excellent – right across from the West District of the ancient city and behind the East District, making it super convenient to get around. What I loved most was the breakfast. As someone from inland China, eating meat every day here was a bit much, so the breakfast really helped me adjust my diet. Loved it, loved it!

It took a long time to think of writing an evaluation. We especially like this small yard. The eyes are full of green plants, parking is convenient, the boss is enthusiastic, sitting on the swing under the shade of the tree to enjoy the cool, cats, and mulberry, all become good memories in our hearts, and even sprang up. I want to buy a yard in Yining. I originally planned to live for a long time, but due to the weather in Ili, I went to Xiata before the rain. I will definitely choose this one next time!

This stay experience is super satisfying! The location of the hotel is excellent and it is very convenient to go out and eat. The front desk service is warm and intimate, the check-in speed is very fast, and the attitude is gentle and courteous. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had no smell, and the facilities were complete and intact. The sound insulation effect is good, and the rest is completely undisturbed. The cleaning aunt cleaned meticulously and the public area was clean and bright. Very good value for money, the overall environment is quiet and comfortable, this is the first choice for travel, I will book it next time, I highly recommend it to everyone!

Traveling with my parents, I was looking for a hotel near the Grand Bazaar with a triple room so we could all have our own space. The hotel's location is fantastic; turn left for Jinquan Shopping Mall and right for the Grand Bazaar. Due to our itinerary, we arrived early in the morning. The staff checked room availability and, finding an empty room, immediately arranged for our check-in without a second thought. The room and beds were very spacious. Food delivery was handled by a robot, and we could see the Grand Bazaar right from our window. I highly recommend this place for groups of three. If you don't want to venture far for food, Jinquan has plenty of dining options, which is super convenient.

The front desk is a separate place, breakfast is also here, you can order at other times, no taste or evaluation. The room is a few other yards, the small yard is an iron staircase, friends who are afraid of heights should pay more attention, or you can understand the room type including the distribution and then choose. There are many homestays around, and the rest are residential areas in residential buildings. There are several restaurants, and the home-cooked noodles are delicious and affordable.
