3-Star Hotels in Guangxi, China

The environment is pretty good, clean, tidy, and odor-free. You can see beautiful distant scenery from the window, even though it overlooks a rather murky pond. The room's floor is warped, making the door quite difficult to open and close; it takes some effort each time. When it rains, you have to walk up a narrow, uncovered staircase to get to the room, so you're likely to get wet. It's not far from West Street, and finding places to eat is easy.

I came here with my friends during the summer holiday, specifically for their restaurant which is on the must-try list. While waiting for a table, we found out they also have guest rooms. Hotel guests get a 10% discount and priority seating, so after seeing the rooms, we decisively booked one. Honestly, both their restaurant and guest rooms are excellent. The summer prices were also very reasonable, and the staff were all very polite and enthusiastic. It was our first time in Yangshuo, and they even recommended some fun attractions. The hotel can also book tickets for various scenic spots, so it felt like we didn't really need to plan our route much as they had everything sorted for us. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I bring my family next time. It's very close to the riverside and West Street, both within walking distance. The main thing is, their restaurant is truly amazing! Don't miss it if you come to Yangshuo!

One of the hotels with the best of of the famous rice terraces. We booked the round bed room and the bath and balcony view were amazing. As far as I checked, all rooms in this hotel face the same direction ans all have a great view. I think the higher you are, the better. However compared to many other hotels, all rooms here beat anything else . Though the room looks a bit dated and the bed was stiff (spring bed), the shower, bath and balcony was great! We were also able to eat and drink breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. We had some miscommunication about an allergy, and tried to order without soyasaus. However twice we received the food with soyasaus after they mentioned we could order without. we sadly couldn't eat what we ordered, but we enjoyed what we could it. Staff was very friendly.

The location is excellent, very close to the 20-yuan Lijiang River scenic pier. The environment is clean and tidy, and the room is very spacious. The service attitude is superb. I booked for two nights and was supposed to check out by 12 PM on the third day. However, on the second night, my child was hit by a car and transferred to Guilin Hospital. It wasn't until the evening of the third day that my husband had time to go check out and pack our luggage. The owner kept the room for us and didn't rush us to check out at all. The owner is a truly compassionate person; they repeatedly inquired about my child's condition, didn't charge us for the late checkout, and even gave my child a red envelope. For this booking, the owner truly went above and beyond, practically losing money. Such big-hearted owners are truly rare. I wish the owner a prosperous business and abundant wealth. Thank you for your immense kindness.

The room condition was excellent, and the view was absolutely stunning. We could take amazing photos right from our room. The owner was very thoughtful and paid great attention to detail. He's also a fantastic photographer; the pictures he took of our family of four were beautiful. All our meals were at the hotel. The breakfast rice noodle set was very flavorful, and the lunch and dinner dishes were delicious, offering both home-style and local flavors. Longji Terraces, we'll be back! I chose the Hanting Hotel at Elephant Trunk Hill for my trip to Guilin, and the location was incredibly convenient! I could walk to Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area, and it was also close to the Two Rivers and Four Lakes and the Sun and Moon Pagodas. Strolling around at night enjoying the scenery was really pleasant. The room was Hanting standard, as expected – clean and tidy with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. After a full day of sightseeing, I slept soundly. The front desk lady was exceptionally friendly and efficient with check-in. She even proactively recommended nearby attractions and local food, which was a very thoughtful touch!

The room was great, with 4 beds, more than enough for our 3 adults and 2 children. The two kids absolutely loved the slide and swing. My child chose the rabbit theme, and every time we went out, they kept talking about wanting to go back to the rabbit slide room. The bath towels in the room were disposable and very clean. There's also a separate washing machine with a dryer. Breakfast was delicious, and you can enjoy it on the second floor with excellent views. Staying here for three consecutive nights was definitely the right choice; we picked the perfect place. Several friends asked for the guesthouse's name when I posted about it, and my kids also said they want to stay in this room again next time.

The hotel was a good place to stay. They originally put us in a room that had a strong smell of cigarettes. I immediately asked them to move and they were great and showed me 3 other rooms and let me choose the one i wanted. The location is good. It was on a street with many restaurants but also far enough away from the busy West street to allow us to sleep well. Anything we asked of the staff was answered immediately. We rented a bike from them for 30, then when we asked for a bike with a longer range, they took us next door to get one for 50.

Traveling with my little one, we were so lucky to stay at this B&B—I absolutely have to give it a huge thumbs-up! First off, the environment is absolutely stunning. As soon as we walked in, we were captivated by the courtyard. The flowers and plants are meticulously trimmed yet maintain a natural, wild charm. After the rain, the air was incredibly fresh, like it had been washed clean. Sitting in the yard with a cup of tea, time just seemed to slow down. The rooms also have a lovely natural wood style, cozy yet sophisticated, exactly like the pictures. Then there's the cleanliness – as a germaphobe, I was thoroughly impressed. The room was spotless, the floors were so clean you could walk barefoot, the bedding smelled of sunshine, and the bathroom was free of any water stains or odors. Traveling with a baby, I'm extra sensitive to cleanliness, and this place put my mind completely at ease. Most importantly, the family-friendly service is incredibly thoughtful! The owner clearly understands what kids need. They had already prepared children's toothbrushes and slippers for us in advance, and even thoughtfully provided a bed rail, which made us feel much more secure at night. The common area had picture books and building blocks, and my baby had a blast, too busy playing to fuss. They even prepared soft, sticky porridge and small steamed buns specifically for my child's breakfast.

First things first, the service at this hotel was really good. They helped us to plan our routes and rent some scooters. The food was also very good. They offer Chinese and western dishes at their own restaurant (luna) and as a European I have to admit that the quality of the western cuisine surprised me. The decor of the whole place feels warm and welcoming. Sadly, the moon hill park is closed right now. The other attractions are a bit further away but easily reachable by scooter.
