In addition to the price is a bit expensive, everything else is fine. Parking charges, 22 euros a day, the underground garage is not very easy to find, according to the signboard, it takes some time. Как всегда ibis на высоком уровне, но очень плохая шумоизоляция. В 6 часов утра вы проснётесь от того, что на улице шумят машины, а ближе к 8 часам вас разбудят соседи, ведь слышно как у них включается вода, шаги в коридоре и жуткий скрежет в ванной. Будьте уверены, что позже 8:00 вы точно не проснётесь! Бесплатная парковка за отелем. Можно выпить за €5 бокал бельгийского пива на кране. И как всегда в ibis нет холодильника, что пора бы изменить!

Hotel was clean but there’s a smoking and nonsmoking floor, and the air mixes in the hallway. The room itself is fine and comfortable, but there is no microwave or fridge. So plan your food accordingly. Overall the hotel is a good value if you need a place to stay in Wavre.
