"First rate customer service; James the Manager and his staff friendly and helpful. Room small but tastefully furnished and spotless. Bed comfy. The bathroom looked brand new and was modern and equally spotless. The room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet. No noise from other guests. TV very comprehensive with all the usual channels. Thoughtful touches; a pen and a box of tissues. Only drawback - the car park at the back was full and we had to park ten minutes away. I wish I had met their chef before today as we were moving out; we'd have stayed to eat the night before! Thank you everyone!"

Bed was so comfy and the views stunning, even in the pouring, February rain. Sue was a fab host and her brekkie was divine. Will be back next time I'm in the area. The pub down the road is also rather lovely. Great food and atmosphere. A refreshing change from the bland, chain hotels I usually have to stay in!"
