Holiday Inn Express WARWICK - STRATFORD-UPON-AVON by IHG

The hotel is located coveniently at m40 and is accessible by car. The breakfast is great and the room is of good size. Overall it’s a good experience.

Another great stay here, our room was the exact same as usual however some of the lights were abit naff or didn’t work this time around, no major issues but shame compared to previous stays. Likewise the tv remote was very temperamental this time around. But as it was booked in advance for a cheap night it was great.

We were happy with our stay. Breakfast was good, Yvonne(?) Breakfast lady very good. Lady who checked us in and was at the bar at times was hit and miss; she could be pleasant or quite rude. Told her the chips we bought at the bar were out of date and inedible and she just brushed us off. No apology, no replacement, quite an odd response really. One night, after 10pm, there were children running up and down the corridor whilst their parents drank in the bar. May be a good idea that the doors to the corridor are closed so bar noise doesn't come through. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

Great location as central. Hotel is nice, modernised and clean. However, wary of infection control and allergy concerns, unsure how the hotel manages this. Noted to have many guests with dogs and were allowed to have them in the common room and dining hall. Are there only specific rooms that are only dedicated to these specific guests? Breakfast was mayhem. Plenty of guests to have their meal but no table area to sit. To add guests with their dogs which is not to our liking. Should there have been a booked/schedule mealtime if they anticipate large volume of bookings. Overall, experience could have been perfect. Staffs are polite and helpful. The hotel is nice except for above mentioned.

Have stayed several times before and always been more than happy with service

Our stay was pleasant. The hotel has a good location for those who are traveling with car. But you have to pay for the parking.

Just stayed at this hotel and I’m so glad I picked it! The room was surprisingly roomy — plenty of space to stretch out — and it was spotlessly clean from the bedding to the bathroom. Plus, the breakfast was such a nice touch, with fresh options that made every morning feel great. Would 100% recommend!
