The Old Fourpenny Hotel

Breakfast was included in the stay - there's a selection to choose from and it was made fresh! Staff was lovely, the room was clean (a little musty but if you open the windows and doors it's fine. It is also a little dark).

I very much enjoyed the breakfast. There was fresh fruit every morning which I thoroughly enjoyed with my granola! The staff was very helpful in lending us an ironing board so that I could press my husband’s pants.

Very cozy pub / hotel. Enjoyed the food served at the restaurant, and the room we had was comfortably big.

good venue and accomodation was modern and clean, however wifi didnt work, no milk in the room, no parking, had to wait a while to check in. paid £200 for a family room for one night, quite expensive for whatbit was.

This location was unusually nice. Yes, the rooms are above a pub, but it was very quiet, at least while we were there. The staff were very nice and helpful. The parking is a bit of a walk, down the street at the local race track, which has a very secure locked gate to their lot. It was included in the price and wasn't an issue for us. The breakfast was extra special. A wide variety of items to choose from. I would return just to sit and have breakfast again. Extremely pleasantly surprised by our stay there.

Lovely hotel very clean. Lovely food especially the breakfast selection. All the staff were very friendly making sure you had all you needed.

A lovely place to stay for our short break. Parking was off site but easy to manage. The family room was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. Breakfast waa delicious and cooked to order. The bar was a lovely environment to sit in the evening. Sadly the weather wasn't good enough to enjoy the lovely outside areas.
