The receptionist insisted that I sign a document and the situation felt uncomfortable and somewhat pressuring. The way the extra charge was handled made me feel insecure as a guest. Because of this, I did not feel comfortable handing over my passport and only showed a photo instead. Travelers should be aware that additional charges may appear at check-in and that the process was not clearly communicated. Transparency and clearer explanations would improve the experience for guests."
