"I had an incredible stay at KSL Hot Spring Resort Johor Bharu from 25th to 29th August 2025. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming ambiance and the impeccable service. Staying on the 11th floor, I enjoyed breathtaking views of the city skyline, which made mornings and evenings all the more special. Room: The room was spacious, modern, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep after long days of exploring. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the bathroom was spotless, with high-quality toiletries that added a nice touch. I also appreciated the convenience of the in-room coffee and tea making facilities. Facilities: The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring experience. The resort offers a relaxing and rejuvenating hot spring bath, and it's the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The other facilities, including the pool, gym, and spa, were all well-maintained and provided excellent service. Location: KSL Hot Spring Resort is conveniently located, with easy access to shopping malls, dining options, and local attractions in Johor Bahru. "We stayed for 2 nights as a grp of 3 & overall, we had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, very accessible to transport & amenities are just a short walk. There's a 24 hour convenient store, laundry services, & shopping malls like the Toppen shopping mall nearby. The rooms were clean & well maintented ), with fresh bath towels & bottled drinking water provided daily. Some minor downsides, the room was quite small & had no window, the hotel itself was only 2 storeys high. The bathroom was clean, well maintained & looked new. A refundable deposit of 50RM is required at check-in, which u can collect back during checkout. The staff were friendly & and approachable, but just a heads up, they won't proactively guide u to your room, so don't hesitate to ask for directions if you're unsure. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for a short vacation or transit stay, especially for families or groups of 3 to 4 pax. Great value for money 💰 👌"

"Honestly, this service apartment is nice and value for money for family Loved the bed and pillows. This is the 1st time all of us can sleep well. They provided each person with 2 pillows! The only issues we have is when we 1st entered the unit, there is a stale air smell. We opened the window and fan to allow air circulation. After back from shopping, this is gone Location is great, linked to paradigm mall."

"The hotel is located in a quieter area of Taman Mount Austin, but it is still within walkable distance to places like Nanyang Street and other locations. The hotel is newly renovated, and their basic amenities are sufficient. For the price of S$40/night in 2025, this hotel is considered to be at the lower range, but it offers a very good standard of cleanliness, careful details, and the general comfort is assured! Attached are some pictures of my single room with a king-size bed with windows! God bless and have a blessed stay!"

"The hotel is good and worth the price. It has a self check-in machine, so you’ll need to check in by yourself, and cash is required for the deposit. An access card is needed to enter the hotel after 10 p.m. The only downside is that there’s a club opposite the hotel—during my stay, some drunk people were making noise around midnight, which made it difficult to get a good rest."

"The unit at level 10 was clean. I think the House keeping Rahim did a great job. Rahim was really helpful and friendly. This is the kind of hospitality service that brings us wanna go back again. Suggestion: * The downside is rooms all have a little weird smell. May want to consider ioniser machines to get rid of those smell. I cannot tell what that was. * beds were on a little hard side. Maybe can add a layer of topper to make it easier to sleep on * Location was great but they won't let us bring trolley up to the apt makes it quite a turn off as we were not able to bring up the water 6L and a few other things we bought without the trolley. * Swimming pool has a lot of small pebbles inside, i think it needs some clean up. My son hurt his feet in the regular pool."
