Hotels with Pools in DuPage County

I use it when I come to Chicago several times. Check-in was quick and I was able to enter the room immediately. The bed was not too hard and I slept slowly. There is no problem with the shower. Breakfast is normal.

The room is good, not far from the airport, quiet, price concessions, except for no microwave oven, everything else is good! It is also very convenient to get to the airport shuttle bus, and it will be delivered in 13 minutes! Water delivery is more intimate!

The hotel is located in a very quiet and picturesque location. Everything was wonderful during our stay: crisp white linens, a clean pool, and polite and smiling staff. The only downside is that we still haven't received a refund for the $78 deposit we paid upon check-in. We were unable to contact the hotel regarding this matter. I hope a large, reputable hotel will honor the deal and return the deposit to our card.

Good location, close to the highway and about 25 minutes to the city center. The room is very poorly soundproofed. The hotel is old. The room is very good but the bathroom and toilet are small. Not worth it for this price

Breakfast is delicious The room is very big The bed is very comfortable Counter staff are great I will still choose this hotel next time I go on a business trip and recommend it to my colleagues for reference when arranging business trip accommodation.

It was ok just disappointed with the package of breakfast I understand due to covid they can’t serve breakfast but atleast a prepared breakfast can do and also the elevator is too slow .

Hi, For both the bookings, the stay was amazing. My dad really loved the breakfast and the ambience. Hope to visit the hotel again during our business trip :)

The room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was clean and tidy. The staff had a great service attitude, and the surrounding environment was excellent, especially the small lake nearby, which added to the beautiful scenery. The only slight drawback was that breakfast was not included.

The greatest difficulty was checking in, as the kitchen cupboard was bare. There was no clerk, simply a note with incorrect spelling, which I deciphered and called a clerk from the Holiday Inn Express. He was helpful and explained that the hotel I was at was no longer employed there. The room was fine, but wrestling luggage up the stairs required the strength of Hercules. I managed. There was also no one there the next day, but Geraldine from the next hotel proved very helpful. I even asked her to assist me with dropping off a package at the post office, which hopefully she accomplished. The hotel was absolutely fine, but the service could certainly have been better.

When we first walked in, their was someone standing at the front desk waiting to greet us, unlike most hotels where you have to wait around for somebody's help. We received cookies, which were a pleasant surprise, extremely delicious, and warm. Check in was really easy, the person at the front desk was very pleasant we could tell she liked her job, she was also efficient and fast. The room was very clean and didn't smell like pets or cigarettes, like most hotel rooms do even though they say they are non smoking. We did notice the furniture was outdated and heavily used; however it is  expected, because it is a hotel room. We did not come to sit in the room and look at the 4 walls, we wanted to experience the amenities the hotel provides.     I walked in with low expectations because every hotel I've been to with a pool and a hot tub one or the other does not work. This is even after calling the hotel before booking a reservation we end up being disappointed. I was extremely satisfied when both the pool and hot tub were operational and clean. The pool towels were actually on the deck so you didn't have to go to the front desk to get them. There was an incident at the pool with 3 young teens who couldn't handle a certain kind of substance and the one ended up vomiting and all the girls ran away with out reporting it. When we called the front desk they came quickly and cleaned it up. There was a small fitness center off to the side of the pool and was well kept and clean.  Breakfast was organized, the food was cooked in variation, which I enjoyed, because I do not like my food overdone. The waiter was super friendly and very attentive to our needs they will definitely have my business again.
