Great
RRochelle Johnson-BentGreat location and amenities. The staff were always quick and available to answer any questions or provide items needed. The room was clean and had everything we expected. Towels, bed, room and all-around hotel smelled clean. Thereâs always someone cleaning around the hotel. They also had plenty of staff to address different needs, which is impressive given so many business struggling to keep staff. My only issue was too much chlorine in the pool made it really hard to breathe (maybe they need better air circulation) and it burned everyoneâs eyes.Â
Also, luckily I read the reviews online so I knew to expect the parking fee. But it wasnât noted on the booking page or website when I looked. But for the rate/deal we got on the room, the parking fee wasnât a big deal. We came in pretty late each night and was able to find parking, but it was limited so I see what people meant in the reviews. I would definitely stay here again!! Oh and the breakfast was nice and hot and very clean. Plus, lots of options.Â
Also Outback is right next door, (walk across the lot) for nearby restaurant option.
GGuest UserThe surrounding area is relatively remote, there is a car to pick up and drop off to the airport, otherwise Uber needs about 28 knives, the hotel does not provide water, if he wants it, a room will give two cockroaches, a little troublesome
GGuest UserMy boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cambria hotel. He went to conference in downtown St. Paul while I checked out the Twin Cities. Location is excellent. My boyfriend easily took the #54 bus into St. Paul using the bus stop right next to the hotel. I checked out the MN Valley National Wildlife Refuge (a 3 min drive away) and the Mall of America / IKEA (free hotel shuttle which was super easy to use) in addition to other sites that I drove to (hotel offers free parking with plenty of open spaces). The free morning coffee in the lobby was delicious and strong. While breakfast was not free, the hotel room has a microwave and mini-fridge for us to make our own breakfast (oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, etc.) and keep cold soda/beer in our room. I also enjoyed their swimming pool. The water is cool but good for doing laps. Finally, we enjoyed their spacious, clean, and modern rooms. Thank you, Cambria!
NNapapanEverything was excellent: picking up from the airport, checking in process, cleanliness, amenities in room (microwave & fridge, big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap), amenities outside room, pool - clean, hot tub, gym, very helpful front desk, breakfast, dropping us off at the airport. You have to try it. It's worth it for its price. We love this place.
GGenzhuoaddyqulvxingIn the beautiful Midwest of the United States, calling a horse a zebra, traveling by car, and laughing at a thousand miles of distance, the film demonstrates a profound sense of tourism and a sense of global responsibility. While integrating multiple cultures and personalities, the film empowers life, points out the world, writes inspiring words, and enjoys the fun and challenges of life.
ĺ˘ĺ˘The hotel has a large parking lot, convenient parking. We ordered no breakfast, no place to eat in the morning, so try to order breakfast in the future. It is very convenient to go to the American mall, and there is a free bus shuttle.
GGuest UserThis was my daughterâs favorite hotel during the 15-day trip!
First of all, the room is very large, equivalent to a suite. There are 2 queen size beds in the room. The small living room is a sofa bed (can sleep one person without unfolding it) â desk â coffee table. The bathroom has a bathtub.
Secondly, there is a 24-hour airport shuttle, which is the reason why I chose this hotel instead of other neighboring hotels (our flight did not arrive until 12 o'clock in the evening).
The third thing is that this hotel has Internet phone calls. I donât know if it is provided by Ctrip or the hotel itself, but this is great, great, great! After we landed, we needed to contact the hotel to send a car to pick us up, but since we didn't buy a local US phone card, it was not cost-effective to make international long distance calls directly.
Others should be standard features of chain hotels, so I wonât go into details.
GGuest UserMy poor rating on Service is based on the airport shuttle pick up. I waited, called and was told by driver it would be 20 minutes, and waited some more until I decide to take a taxi after about 40-45 minutes more. And speaking with the driver over the phone, he wasn't concerned at all. He even said he was there 20 minutes ago...well, I was not. And after figuring out the proximity of the hotel to the airport, I don't see why it would take more than 20 minutes for a shuttle.
