Guest UserIt was great experience with BASKO. If you are not familiar with Indonesian food, i recommend strongly nasi goreng in restaurant (for breakfast buffet). And also I want to bring this hotel's orange juice to home. It was the best juice I've ever had. Room service available 24hour.
Room is maintain their clearance, but one of disappointing point is sewer, it can't drain well 😭

Jay AhmadRecommend to stay at Truntum Hotel while you are in Padang, West Sumatera Indonesia. Although we had only a few hours at the hotel due to major traffic accident on Solok - Padang road, we were happy on the room cleanliness, good buffet breakfast, wide amenities and excellent front desk customer service eventhough we checked in after midnight. Will stay here again on the next trip to Padang. Thank you the Truntum Hotel professionalism.

A careful and tasteful designed hotel with very helpful staff. We stayed an extra night and expect to be back after our trip in Sumatra.
We requested for a car and driver and the staff helped both parties to negotiate a good price.
This hotel comes highly recommended.

Stayed here for a couple nights enroute to somewhere else. Pretty industrial area still, traffic is loud all night. No Internet and their Credit Card machine didn’t work. That being said, this is the nicest place to stay in Bungus Bay. Not a lot going on for Western tourists in the area. Keep moving and stay at RIMBA!
