Ocean Beach Hotel Padang
9.3/10
Great

harun hasbiThe location is excellent very close to the beach, just right in front of the hotel. The room truly matches the price of a 4-star hotel..What I loved most was the pillow..it was very comfortable and softer compared to other 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at.. Just one criticism Trip.com should double-check with the hotel in the future about the actual check-in time at Ocean Beach Hotel Padang. That said, the Trip.com staff were very helpful in handling the confusion

Dirty. Room needs some maintenance and update. Sink clogged and didn't drain properly. Room Furniture should be either replaced or the finish resurfaced. Rust stain and shower wall with molds.

Travelholic✈️The room is small, not really clean. By the time i step into the room, the floor is dusty, the lamp is full of dust. Believe more than a year the lamp is not being wiped. The air-conditioning is poor, adjusted to 16 Celsius yet cant feel the cold at old. The bathroom water pressure is so weak, u are showering under a low water pressure condition. Highly not recommended!

The hotel breakfast was quite generous, featuring local specialty pastries. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of banks and restaurants nearby, making dining incredibly convenient.

I booked a room with two king-size beds, but instead I got one king bed and one single extra bed. The shower pipe in the bathroom was broken, and the air conditioner was not cold. However, the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided good service.

The stay was great, but they didn't provide any slippers. I requested them, but they were never delivered, even after I called the front desk multiple times. Oh well.
