Hotels with Pools in Ottawa

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were amazing. The Cleaner came to knock  the door at 11:45am and as soon as she knocked she opened the door with her key. She didn’t even wait 30 seconds for a response….keep in mind check out is 12noon so we still had 15 minutes to gather our things still. This was the only down side but that’s the error of one single worker so I would stay at this same hotel again whenever I travel to Ottawa.

This hotel is nice & cozy. Clean pool & gym, good breakfast. There is a small shop at Lobby. A supermarket “Food Basics” will be opening soon opposite the hotel, this is very good if you prefer to cook meals. Subway is just opposite too & lots of buses stop by around the hotel. Walking to China town takes only 15-20 mins where you can dine at different restaurants. We will stay here again next time when visiting Ottawa.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. Maybe it’s just our room but there was big stains on the chair. Otherwise cleanliness is fine. Breakfast was excellent; great price for value. Checkin smooth but the guy at the counter was expressionless, a simple hello or smile could go far. Checkout the next day, the girl was in much better mood. To fellow travelers with small kid: mall playground located 5 minutes walk from the hotel, location is excellent for young families.

Stayed for 1 night to go to a wedding. Amazingly friendly staff, very clean and the bed was so comfortable! Great stay!

Stayed 3 nights. Had some problems with the shower, however maintenance came and resolved issues quickly second day. Housekeeping missed our room on the second day. Nice large suite with a kitchen was convenient as well as the noon checkout was great. Very quiet location yet close to many conveniences. The breakfast was lacking as the product quality was on the low end. Should improve with fruits, waffles and better quality: baked goods, sausage and bacon.. i would definitely stay again but would not enjoy the breakfast as it is.

As a family of three, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, I definitely book again. Very close to shopping and highway 417. Hotel located in a very quiet area. I should thank Mr. Soheil at Reception who was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also very good included hot/cold meals and fluits

This was my first time staying in Ottawa, and I found the hotel to be very conveniently located. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. They offered a fantastic, varied breakfast, and the pool and gym facilities were excellent. It's also just a short distance from the local commercial areas and Parliament Hill.

The hotel is new and the facilities are decent. The room even had a shower cap. Breakfast was just okay, but it's great value for money. We stayed with our one-year-old, and it was convenient and comfortable for three adults and one child in a single room. It's not far from the city center, and parking is pretty easy. The only issue is that there's a homeless shelter nearby, so it felt a bit unsafe for solo travelers. It's best not to wander around alone outside, and you'll be fine.

A particularly good check-in experience. The front desk is friendly. They can cook, which solves the embarrassment of not being able to find food on Christmas Eve. The air conditioner in the room is a bit loud. This is the only drawback.

Pros: a parking lot with sufficient space (no need to book in advance). A shopping mall St Laurent is nearby. The breakfast is ok. There are 2 sockets and 2 USB-A outlet on each side of the bed. The staff are friendly in general. Cons: A bit far away from the tourist attractions downtown (around 10 minutes drive). The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was so-so. The air-conditioner was quite noisy. The TV in my room couldn't be turned off (It went off automatically after no-signal for a while anyway). There were some paper cups for coffee but no other glass / cups in the whole room even for brushing teeth so I had to use paper cups for brushing teeth (Is it considered environmental friendly?)
