Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.

O hotel Casa da Montanha é aquele lugar que te abraça antes mesmo de voce chegar, em contato com o hotel para um pedido especial fui colorosamente atendida, localização, limpeza, decoração, qualidade tudo pensado para voce querer voltar. Exciting hotel. I have only praises. Reception with super mega friendly staff (Destacation for Lucas). Marvellous breakfast. Impecable structure and organisation. Very legal events promoted in the hotel. Easy to have transport to the center. I have been hosting twice and I will certainly return.

The hotel was a pleasant experience. The reception was excellent in the service and friendlyness. Negative points. : Payed parking R$35,00 The rooms and the bathroom are small. I stayed in a luxury suite with a couple bed and one single bed. Three people can't go through the room without a bed. I was invited to meet with my children one of the thematic suites and I observed many negative and extremely dangerous points. The pools are covered with smooth slips a alert, I entered with care because I saw the plate and even falls and hurt the paddle. Or indicate using anti-slip socks.

The problem is the SPA without a covered connection, in a rainy and cold region. Another is the poor quality of the restaurant, outsourced, or rather precarious, expensive and bad!

Quarto limpo e organizado, só o que acaba com o ambiente são os vendedores de cotas que mal você sai do café já estão lhe incomodando. Já não basta na cidade de Gramado que está horrível andar agora vendedores dentro do hotel. Não me hospedarei novamente devido a esse incômodo!

Hotel limpo, pessoas educadas comida boa.
