The hotel has almost 4 stars.
Pros:
Good bed and dressing,
Good bath and hygiene products
Educated staff
Excellent breakfast coffee!
Contras:
The blackout has blown light all over.
The school's steels were not in good condition.
The hydromassage of the common area was dirty and there was food in the chaos around the pool

O hotel Casa da Montanha é aquele lugar que te abraça antes mesmo de voce chegar, em contato com o hotel para um pedido especial fui colorosamente atendida, localização, limpeza, decoração, qualidade tudo pensado para voce querer voltar. O café da manha é um espetaculo a parte, alem de muitas delicias o entreterimento feito torna tudo mais especial, e por fim o atendimento, caloroso, humano, perfeito. Guest UserThe structure of the hotel is incredible, excellent value for money. The breakfast is from a colonial cafe! I would like to thank the attendants Douglas, Lucas and especially Jazi. Jazi was extremely empathetic in her service, making my family feel welcomed and special! I hope we can return soon.

Great hotel, very good structure, everything is very new, a little far from the center, but there are options to stay at the hotel all day. For those with children, the Kids space is well-equipped and there is a baby pantry in every block.

The team well requests, academy mto well equipped and with new equipment...mto spa good and with staff who do everything to enjoy...excellent breakfast...excellent location, well in the grass center...in front of the cake street...paid parking, even for guests...

A localização é boa, o atendimento foi demorado mas foram bem atenciosos, em relação a limpeza e pescima as fronhas do travesseiro não estava limpos, não fizeram a limpeza do quarto, não tinha papel higiênico, pedimos para as camareiras e não trouxeram, saímos do hotel ficamos umas 6 horas fora quando voltamos tivemos q ir a recepção pedir…..
