Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.

The reception was excellent, staff very careful, breakfast was excellent, dinner was excellent with a good soup rhodes, and a disgusting fact was to find a dead cheap in the Box.

Exciting hotel. I have only praises. Reception with super mega friendly staff (Destacation for Lucas). Marvellous breakfast. Impecable structure and organisation. Very legal events promoted in the hotel. Easy to have transport to the center. I have been hosting twice and I will certainly return.

The hotel is very good, no complain about the hosting in itself. However, at the check out, I was charged about 149 real services charges that were not explicit at the time of the booking, on the platform, I reported the value of 8,47 as expenses to be paid at the hotel, without counting that the accounts did not beat, The value of the NF is about 74 to less than I paid in total, so, despite the excellent hotel, I felt that I was wrong, and in my humble opinion, there was no transparency, whether the hotel or the platform.

From the reception we felt the human warmth of the staff welcoming us with great cordiality and friendliness. Wonderful value for money hotel structure. Great location. Between Gramado and Canela. For those with a rental car, the location becomes even more attractive as you end up never having to decide on one city or another taking the route into consideration. You can access both at the same time. For those who like UBER, the main road doesn't take long to pass. Breakfast vast in diversity and great care in the presentation of the serving line Spacious tables. Super affordable cleaning and cooking. Super helpful staff in helping us with tourist information about the city. Very spacious parking. We can always park at any time of day or night.

A localização é boa, o atendimento foi demorado mas foram bem atenciosos, em relação a limpeza e pescima as fronhas do travesseiro não estava limpos, não fizeram a limpeza do quarto, não tinha papel higiênico, pedimos para as camareiras e não trouxeram, saímos do hotel ficamos umas 6 horas fora quando voltamos tivemos q ir a recepção pedir…..

The problem is the SPA without a covered connection, in a rainy and cold region. Another is the poor quality of the restaurant, outsourced, or rather precarious, expensive and bad!
