Шикарный отель, хороший, вежливый и внимательный персонал. При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место. Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все исправил. Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно. Спасибо ❤️

Rest in this hotel for the third time, everything is wonderful, separately I want to highlight adult animators Dmitry and Alina, guys you are super. Children animators all wonderful 👍🏻There are questions, very all fat, for health it is certainly such for yourself. All the rest is wonderful, the new aquapark is good done, the new children's game 👍🏻

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Limak Atlantis in Belek and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel! The entire complex is very well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful everywhere and at all times. We would especially like to highlight the varied and high-quality food – there really is something for every taste. We also really enjoyed the pool area and the direct access to the beach. Overall, we had a relaxing and restful time and would definitely return!

Wonderful place! Starbucks every day, and the 9:30 PM events are impressive. My girlfriend and I spent a fantastic week of vacation at this hotel. The staff were especially great. If you're worried about how far it is from the sea, don't be – I was a bit concerned about that at first too, but the hotel's shuttle service every 30 minutes is a brilliant idea! We also managed to try the hotel's A La Carte restaurant (free for stays of 5 nights or more). The food was absolutely delicious! We'll definitely be back again!

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

We were in this hotel two years ago and this year we went again without thinking. The territory is huge, well-thought-out, clean. Pine trees and a walk with classical music are just Wow!!! Probably the only thing that made me happy this year. Since the hotel is working the last week before closing, everyone was apparently working on their last breath.. they put us in palace rooms in the main building, a normal room, with a sea view. The service has gone down a bit. The food is kind of monotonous, but tasty. It's like they water down the alcohol or something. They didn't pour what we asked for. Or they pretended not to understand what we were asking for. The beach is dirty, there is everything in the sand. The beach strip is wide and the entrance is shallow. The service in the beach bars was already reluctant. The light on the ceiling in the bathroom didn't work, no one came in 2 days and didn't fix it, the maid didn't give a damn, she didn't change the towels even once in 2 days, she saw about the light and didn't raise the alarm either. It's a shame that the staff treats us like that... this is what the hotel service consists of, for which we pay money, mind you! At the reception they said that the hotel was bought by a new owner and might change its name next year...

I have been going for 5 years but this year I was not satisfied. The hotel is very good, the service, the staff, the lifeguards, the cleanliness are all top notch but the quality of the staff has decreased. Some people enter the pool after 7 o'clock and some people wear tops. I can't even tell you what I saw in the pool at 3 am. I have been going to this hotel for 5 years and I will not think about it again. People yelling at 3 am and drunk people. The quality has unfortunately decreased. It doesn't suit the hotel. They weren't accepting guests without women, they are now accepting anyone they can. The DJ keeps playing the same songs over and over again but I still say the staff and service are all top notch.

Overall, we had a positive stay. We especially enjoyed the opportunity to dine at the hotel’s à la carte restaurants free of charge, in addition to the main buffet — it added a nice variety to our experience. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for every taste. The entertainment team was friendly and welcoming, and there was an evening show every night. However, we would have appreciated a more varied and active daytime entertainment programme. The rooms are a little dated and could benefit from renovation, but they were still comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Overall, we were happy with our holiday and left with great impressions of the hotel🥰

I really liked Victoria's guest relations, the waitresses in the main restaurant, the bar's good selection of drinks, delicious alcoholic drinks, and good coffee. The only thing is there's almost no entertainment. They explain it's low season. But that shouldn't be the case; the entertainment staff is underperforming. Room cleaning is very fast and clean. Victoria's guest relations are absolutely wonderful; she helps you understand everything, and if something is missing, she resolves any issues 24/7! The spa is absolutely wonderful!
