"This hotel offered excellent value for money. We came as two families, and first off, the rooms and common areas were spotless. The kids had a great time at the pool and on the beach. It was a nice touch that they had their own dedicated area on the beach. Although the food selection wasn't huge, the quality met our expectations. The staff were all very warm and attentive. Ali and Efe, who worked at the pool bar, were always helpful with our drinks and requests, and always had a smile on their faces. Armatör Fatih Bey also helped make our holiday more enjoyable. It's a very safe place, we felt comfortable letting our children roam freely. It was a great experience, I highly recommend it."

"I stayed here for two weeks with my child and absolutely loved everything. The staff were polite and friendly, the food was delicious, the grounds were beautiful, and the beach was stunning. They have a kids' club, a playground, and a mini disco every day for children, plus daily evening shows for adults. I especially liked the restaurant: it had a beautiful view, friendly staff, and tasty food. My overall impression was unfortunately soured at the end by two very rude women at the reception. One is named Anna, and I can't recall the other's name, but she had short, red hair. However, Olcay was a very pleasant and helpful employee."

The staff at reception, the restaurant, and housekeeping were extremely kind, respectful, and always smiling and ready to help at any time. The food was delicious and very diverse every day. The buffet had Turkish and international dishes that suited both adults and children, and the desserts were outstanding. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the location is perfect. A hotel that deserves every star. Highly recommended for families and couples. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and relaxation. "The season isn't even over yet, and the staff are already exhausted! They don't smile and look rather sullen. We arrived on June 29th; the hotel reception was right there! A staff member promised to let us into our rooms, but whenever we asked, he kept lying, simply walking away from us to serve other clients—very unprofessional! The walls of the Piano Bar probably hadn't been washed in ages; as you walked up the stairs, you could see countless stains and fingerprints on them—they certainly weren't cleaned during our stay! If you wanted a cocktail, they’d just throw something random together (the only person who knew how to make drinks was the young man with the drink trolley in the 13+ area). Since there were cats at the hotel (which I didn't mind), you have to expect them to relieve themselves inside; on our floor, there was a mess right in front of a door, and it took four hours for someone to come and clean it up (I had to remind them twice). So, if you're looking for bad service, I recommend going there :)"

Dogan the entertainment manager was the life and soul of this side of the resort he had alot of energy and time for us too. Absolutely a lovely place and because of these two people and also the rest of the staff me and my family will definitely be coming back. 5 star all round.❤️❤️❤️"

"Just returned from a lovely stay at pine beach. Overall had a lovely stay the grounds were beautiful rooms in the main building were gorgeous. The bungalows need updating, we were moved from bottom floor bungalow due to ants ( moved very fast and efficiently which was great) Food was hit and miss spent a week on chips and pizza really ( but I am fussy) Drinks really good! Location good taxi in and out of Belek was €10 and hotel staff organise this. Entertainment was good. Beach was lovely partner enjoyed the volleyball. Negative points, this hotel really didn’t have many English staying the staff also struggled to understand requests or even a conversation. The bar staff also seemed to favour others over us. We didn’t really find anything to do in the hotel other than lounge/ ping pong/ visits to the beach. The water park was great!! Cleaning in rooms also good. No tourist tax which was a plus!! Massive thanks to gabe on the entertainment team he was always so friendly and welcoming and was doing a great job! After staying in other hotels in Belek I wouldn’t rate this hotel a 5* but still had a great time away! ."
