GGuest UserThe service was very good. When driving to the hotel, my daughter just vomited at the hotel entrance. The service guy brought various small gifts to cheer the child up. He was very enthusiastic. The scenery is also good

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is very good, but the location is not very good. There is a gas station next to it. It takes a long time to walk to the shopping mall. You basically have to take a taxi to go out.

22025DCVery nice hotel for my opinion in the center for my position needs, very clean hotel as per european standard, i did not tryed the food, only not full positive thing in room 712 the wall next to bath door was bit broken so I can not give 5 start for cleaness but 4 and window in room was not closing completely but for me was not a problem..I would reccomend to travel for Italians and all European

GGuest UserThe hotel was located in the best place I wanted. The U.S. Embassy and AŞTİ bus terminal were so close that we could go there on foot. Our room was on the 16th floor and had a fantastic view of Ankara. The room was clean, and the breakfast was perfect.

I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness.
When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive.
I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

AAnonymous UserIt's half an hour's drive from the airport and 10 kilometers from the city center. It's suitable for renting a car. It's a very affordable hotel in Ankara. It's a little old. The room is large and the heating is sufficient.
