"I booked the hotel before coming. It was standart room with big bedroom. The room was small. Ok it was predictable. But the cover of the sheet was dirty, we asked the bellboy to change it and also to bring another warm blanket because at night it was cold in the room. Despite this he didn’t bring the blanket. The air conditioner didn’t work however I asked about it as well and they lied saying that it functions well. In conclusion I would say if you want a one night stay with a good breakfast it’s a good decision. The only satisfying thing in the hotel is breakfast. And don’t forget to complain if the staff is not doing their work."

The room was poorly soundproofed, and there was no swimming pool or other facilities that a five-star hotel should have. Not recommended."

"I would absolutely not be wrong to say that this was the best hotel in Ankara I have ever stayed in. They pay great attention to cleanliness and hygiene. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The spa center was also very nice and hygienic, although the only drawback was that one of the staff members there was a bit too strict. Nevertheless, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to stay there regularly in the future. In fact, we will be there again during the upcoming Ramadan holiday. Most importantly, I would like to express my gratitude to the receptionist, Mr. Anıl, for his high-quality service, polite demeanor, and friendliness. I think such a good employee deserves a bonus. Looking forward to many more stays there."

So, naturally I firmly replied that I paid for non smoking large bed, not for twin. Then, I was given a room that: 1) wasn't informed that AC didn't work, sweating all night 2) late at night woke up to loud dance music that I thought came from a night club, but next morning, i learned it was the next big party room sharing thin wall that i was even hearing all their conversations 3) the bathroom light switch turned the cranking fan that needed to be fixed"

"Everything was fine, breakfast was perfect, staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and quiet. The only disappointing thing - we were looking for a hotel with parking, but the parking is public, not private, so we found a parking spot nearby, but I didn't feel absolutely safe as we had a lot of heavy luggage in the car which we didn't want to take to the room. Hopefully, Turkey is a very safe country, and Ankara is especially safe. Anyway, I would like to return to this hotel again."
