The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the room amenities are of high quality. The bed is very comfortable, the room is quiet and I had a great rest, and the butler service was excellent. The breakfast selection isn't as extensive as other hotels, but it's perfectly adequate. It's small but exquisite, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The waiters and chefs are particularly attentive and considerate, catering to the needs and preferences of every guest—a quality that surpasses other luxury wilderness hotels.

The butler service is well-established, with proactive communication before arrival, shuttle services within the park, and thoughtful welcome gifts, all with quick response times. The hardware is high-end, featuring private hot spring rooms with excellent privacy. Toiletries, bedding, and smart devices are all of high quality. Local amenities are comprehensive, with a full range of dining options, purple clay pottery workshops, and nearby attractions, making it a one-stop destination for a complete holiday experience.

It is very convenient to play near the Bamboo Sea. The overall experience is very good. The service is also great. Every staff member I met is very kind. I didn't bring a swimsuit and I was not in the mood, so I didn't experience the hot spring. But we took the children to experience the indoor children's amusement park in the evening. Order a little more and there won't be many people. Have a good time. The room is also very comfortable. Except for the dim lighting in the bathroom and the bedside lamp, which is a bit glaring, there is nothing wrong with the hotel. The location may be a bit out of the way. After eating, there are not many choices around. Everything else is good.

I took advantage of the National Day holiday to visit Yixing and chose the second most popular hotel in Yixing at the time. I was pleasantly surprised at every turn. Even before checking in, the butler, Gao Yuan, thoughtfully contacted me about my check-in time and other details, recommending various member activities within the hotel. He was always responsive and provided excellent service. I even tried the hotel's boat tour and travel photography services – everything was perfectly arranged. The area around the hotel is like a mini-Nianhua Bay, with restaurants and attractions all within easy reach. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with stunning views at every turn. The room was fully equipped with thoughtful details: the bed was height-adjustable and offered massage; the bathtub had disposable liners and bath sponges; there was an instant hot water dispenser; and the complimentary eco-friendly tote bag was perfect for photos. …Everything here was convenient and cozy. I really loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

I booked a garden-view room but was upgraded to a premium lake-view room. The lake and mountains were breathtaking from the window. The breakfast selection was rich every morning, and we enjoyed the hot springs in the afternoon. There were over a dozen pools, some with additives and some with plain water, plus a hot stone bed and a steam room. After soaking in various pools, a session in the steam room was incredibly relaxing. Our butler, Sister Xiaowei, reminded us daily to keep our room stocked with drinks, fruit, and dry towels, and even suggested daily sightseeing routes. The entire stay was incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times for business trips to Yixing. This time the price was a bit higher, but overall it was still pretty good. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's nice to take a walk by the lake. The service was also very good.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! I initially thought a train-themed room might feel a bit cramped, but it was just right – very comfortable and thoughtfully laid out. The outdoor balcony even had a large bathtub, perfect for an open-air bubble bath. The bedding was fantastic; the mattress and pillows were so comfortable, just the right level of softness for me – I actually want to buy them for my own home! The butler service was impeccable, always keeping us informed about upcoming activities. Both the Chinese restaurant and breakfast restaurant were excellent, especially the cliffside restaurant with its absolutely stunning views. They really covered all bases with the gym, pool, playground, and even a horse riding stable. The complimentary travel photography was also of a very high standard. I'm incredibly happy with everything; my friends have seen my pictures and now they all want to come here. Looking forward to my next visit!

Very central location to visit all the different attraction sides. U could see the famous Huanglongshan park from your room. Highly recommended. Food delivery could be done easily as the riders would either be allowed to deliver to your room or at least to be left at the reception. Room is big and clean and comfortable! Pictures of room is accurate.

Located in the center of Yixing, opposite is the Chengnan River, which connects to a scenic spot. The view is good on the 20th floor, and the bridge is lit at night. You can also walk, which is very good. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet. The family room is suitable for two families. The room is super large and has a small living room. The only drawback is that there is only one bathroom and two toilets. The hotel is close to Shunan Street, and it takes half an hour to drive to other scenic spots. Parking is free. You have to go to breakfast early, otherwise the ingredients will be eaten up. The hotel customer service staff are relatively warm and friendly, and they will solve any problems as soon as possible. If you can't book a hotel in the scenic area, you can try this one
