The apartment needs to check in at the service desk and get the room card to enter the room. Our plane was delayed and it was already more than 9 pm when we arrived at the keystone. The hotel service desk specially left us a note to tell us where to go for the entry procedures. very warm. While the hotel was nice and had pleasant views, I would not say its worth the money. It was particularly frustrating to learn that they had no parking available other than their valet parking. And while valet parking is covered by their amenity fee (also absurd and a junk fee that is completely unnecessary) the cost of parking itself is $50 a night. So $100 in hidden fees on top of room rate.
