Hotel was a smaller limited service boutique hotel. Locating was great for our needs (Trailblazers game) as we we're only a few minutes away from the Moda Center. The hotel is a minimalists dream. The room come across a a college dorm room, but is clean and uncluttered. It had a restaurant bar in the lobby with a Korean inspired menu. The bar draws locals from the area and had a really good vibe. Parking is $50 per night, but there options such as street parking with totals about $20 a day (Strange street parking rates...well strange to me at least 🤣) or parking garages near by for about half the cost of the hotel parking. The room rate was an awesome plus and the location made it a no brainer for us.

The room and bathroom are very clean. The bathroom is quite big, the bathtub and shower are separated. The sheets are my favorite dry feeling. Health is very good.

over charge for requesting early check-in and offered upgrade which was not satisfactory. Was not welcoming; .no service available. Said free coffee! went there twice, both times was not available. There was one person in the lobby to assist customers. Did not have a great experience as had before.

Guest UserIt’s overall quite outdated, but I feel like that is the charm of this hotel. I loved the location and easy access to everything. Very walkable.
Only downside is just the homeless population around the corner at the park. But homeless problem is prevalent around the city. I didn’t feel particularly unsafe as a solo female traveler.
Service was great and I probably wouldn’t mind staying there again.

The location is good and the staff is friendly. The bathroom is too open, so it is a bit uncomfortable for couples. And the sink is next to the room, so it was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, I am satisfied overall.

This hotel is an older hotel, the environment is clean and tidy, next to a river and park (can borrow a bicycle from the hotel) to eat this piece is separate, my favorite is afternoon tea, sunshine, scenery, food. Breakfast is also good, very American. If you don't eat here, go to a farther place to eat. It is recommended to stay here to rent or rent a car. There are no shops to walk around. You can't buy a bottle of water. This is not very convenient. It takes about 15 minutes by taxi from the city center, not far from the airport. Our morning flight has been open for 20 minutes. I didn't do the spa because it was closed at 6 pm. I think it takes a child, the bed is big, and the room is large. There is a parking lot.

Guest UserI didn’t feel this hotel was worth the price tag. It was clean, nicely designed, and located downtown but they charge an extra $50 each night for services, don’t provide free Wi-Fi (unless you sign up for some kind of Hilton membership), and do not include parking. Also, that area is a business district. The East side of Portland is a more fun area to be based. The gym and pool were alright. Well-equipped but rather small.
I’d recommend shopping around better deals on the east side of the river.

Kirus24Location is fine, but there are a lot of homeless people near hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was really really good. The bad thing is that there is no free parking (they offer $59 valet parking which is super expensive). If you’re lucky you will find some free overnight parking spots near hotel (it’s free from 7pm to 8am). So I would recommend this hotel if you’re traveling without car.

One word: Perfect !
Without doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed without spending a LOT more money. I had a wonderful corner room with loads of light, amenities were outstanding: comfortable bed, big bathroom with good water pressure, amenity kit (see pic), huge TV (which, unlike many hotels was easy to operate), sensible light switches, plenty of power outlets, inc USB on each side of the bed for phone charging, soft robes, excellent plunger coffee maker, fridge, in-room safe, etc etc. I honestly couldnt fault anything. Staff were very good. Bar and restaurant were also very good. I only wish I had more then 2 nights there. Wonderful stay.
