4-Star Hotels in Bratislava

Overview: nice and super big rooms! Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away! Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time! Service: nice and friendly staff! Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice! Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive! Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.

Quite far from the center, but not far from the bus station. The room is ordinary and quite old. The breakfast is varied and there is hot food. Another minus is that to get to the ironing room or the gym you need separate keys. Plus, it has its own closed parking.

The hotel's location was very convenient, with the Old Town Square within walking distance. The property is situated on a slight uphill, which can be a bit tiring when carrying luggage, but otherwise it wasn't an issue. Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. We stayed for three nights and had housekeeping once. The hotel uses a sustainability system where guests select which services they would like completed, which is a thoughtful idea. However, some dusty surfaces, such as the tables and cabinets, were not wiped down, and we had expected those to be cleaned as part of the service. We also forgot to request a coffee refill on the housekeeping form. When we later asked at reception, we were charged for a coffee pod. The cost was very small, but it was a little confusing since the coffee was described as complimentary. Despite these minor points, we had a very pleasant stay overall and would consider staying here again.

There are three rooms, two independent rooms, a balcony where you can smoke outside, a washing machine and kitchen utensils, a large public activity space, soundproof doors and windows, and the breakfast also meets your needs. The transportation is convenient and it is within walking distance from the old city. There is a train station and the hotel is just a short walk away. It is worth recommending to everyone.

Was pleasant stay, rooms good design and clean. Breakfast good, tasty and various choices. Close to city center, few minutes by tramway. Good views from the room.

It has everything a big hotel should have, clean and tidy, satisfactory Special praise for the front desk lady's warm and thoughtful service. I don't have a local taxi APP, and the lady used her phone to call a taxi for me. I am especially grateful She also helped me store my luggage

The room is spacious with balcony ! We were able to check-in early without any additional cost. Recommended for family trip

The breakfast is diverse, the restaurant is elegantly decorated, the location is relatively remote, there are no commercial activities nearby at night, and the room facilities are very good. We, a group of 15 people, liked it very much this time

The hotel is located on a hillside, in a good location, there is a parking lot in the hotel, but it needs to be paid. Hotel service is very good, the hotel facilities are a bit old. Hotel breakfast is good.

Located in the city center, the location is convenient, the breakfast is rich, the staff is warm, polite, and answering various questions carefully. Although there are some obstacles in language communication, it is also very helpful!
