The hotel has a great location, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The staffs are incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any request, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Their attentive service, combined with the prime location, makes for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was small, but it was incredibly clean, comparable to a Ji Hotel back in China. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding felt high-quality. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by government buildings, which makes the area feel very pleasant and safe. It's also close to Purum Beach and the Opera House, and you can enjoy a lovely sea view from the restaurant. The lobby is spacious; I saw many people sitting there chatting and even holding meetings, which seemed quite pleasant. They also have a spa, which is a rare find, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it. Overall, I might consider staying here long-term on my next visit. The restaurant was also very good, offering a wide variety of food.

The location is not really in the city center; however, there are still many amenities, restaurants, shops, etc., within walking distance. Many malls are nearby, but transportation is required. You will need to rent a car to move around and visit tourist attractions, which are a bit far. The hotel is like a 5-star hotel with a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, etc. The studio apartment is spacious with still-new-looking furniture, and the toilet is nice and sparkling clean. The shower water pressure and hot water are good; I kept looking forward to a hot shower after a day out. It has a complete kitchen with all cutlery, a microwave, a kettle, etc. (no washing machine though unlike other hotel in the same group). The bed was good and comfy, and I had an excellent sleep after a tiring day. I booked the studio for 6 days and 5 nights with breakfast. The breakfast was superb, mainly continental with limited variety. However, it started to get boring on the third day as there was no change to the menu except for 2-3 dishes. The communication and services by the hotel were excellent, very responsive and prompt. I requested toiletries, drinking water, etc., a few times, and they were provided promptly. In summary, I consider it a good hotel with excellent services.

The hotel arranged a taxi for me, but it was much more expensive compared to the one I took from the airport. I also found the food prices to be quite high. Overall, the stay was fine, but I felt that the transportation and dining charges could be more reasonable.

This is a typical transit hotel. They wouldn't accommodate us and only allowed check-in at exactly 2:00 PM, even though our flight was in the morning. The room has all the necessary amenities to comfortably wait for a layover. I'd recommend basing your decision on the price; there are four hotels of similar quality in the vicinity.

The hotel's location is great, but the service was a bit slow. Parking is available in the B2 underground garage, but there's no direct elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up one floor, which is quite inconvenient. Breakfast on the M floor was just okay; the fruit selection was poor – overripe watermelon, very sour pomelo, and decent cantaloupe. Room cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable black stains on the pillowcase. The bathtub drain was clogged, so I had to turn off the water frequently while showering to let it drain.

Excellent stay, the room was very spacious. Plus, they offer smoking rooms. Free parking is a huge plus, there was always a spot available no matter when we returned. The front desk staff was very welcoming. There's even complimentary chilled bottled water in the lobby. The room also came with its own refrigerator.

I felt it was worth the price. The facilities were reasonably clean, so I was satisfied, and the staff were generally nice, so it was fine. However, there were three things that bothered me. 1. I stayed for two nights, and neither night were there any towels provided, so I had to ask them to bring them each time. I was surprised as this was the first time that towels had been left behind two nights in a row. 2. The bathroom had a slight sewage smell, which bothered me. 3. I had signed up for a tour, and was meeting someone in the lobby, where I was approached by someone pretending to be from a tour company. I eventually realized it was a fake, but the woman at the front desk had seen the whole thing (and even talked to me), and instead of scolding me, she continued to talk to me in a friendly manner. The way I was approached was ”Are you signing up for a tour?” When I answered ”Yes,” the scammer asked me, ”Are you going to Nizwa? I'm the tour driver. How much is the tour?” Even though I said I had already paid, the scammer asked me how much it cost and insisted on taking me there. Please be careful if you are staying here.

Arrived at the hotel at 5 am for a transit period for next flight. Checked out at 12 noon. The distance fro. The airport was a 15 min ride in a taxi. Used airport taxi and only cost 8 dirams. Check in was fast and team at reception were polite and expedient. Opted for 2 single beds. Checkout was smooth. Managed to get some sleep and a shower. Very clean and tidy. Basic room facility but jist what i needed for my transit. Would use again.

Hotel location was great in the middle of everywhere. Furniture was well maintained beds were comfy. Swimming pool was small but my kids enjoyed it. The only disadvantage was staff. We only sow the lady for check in honestly she was polite but no welcoming no one to help with baggage no one in the reception most of the time. House keeping was horrible they don’t change linens even it was dirty and torn. I had to call them to change it. The carpet was wet and they didn’t do anything even they don’t clean tables. Price was reasonable for the location only and having connected rooms was great for my children.
