We had a fantastic stay at NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip, this was undoubtedly the best. Outstanding Hospitality: The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and kind. A huge thumbs up to Moran and Peter—their professionalism and warm attitude made our stay truly memorable. We were also very grateful for the early check-in and late check-out, which made our travel schedule so much smoother. Comfortable Rooms & Facilities: The room was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and the shower had great water pressure. The kitchen and laundry appliances were all very useful and in great condition. Airport Shuttle Service: The hotel’s shuttle is a lifesaver, especially since the elevators at the nearby public bus station are currently under maintenance and only accessible from one direction. • To the Hotel: The shuttle from the airport is free. • To the Airport: It costs €5 per person, which is well worth it if you have heavy luggage. It’s a quick 10-minute ride, and we never had to wait long. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its superior service and convenience!

Soft bed—rolled and slid off the bed when I woke up—, one side used too much by guests. Cut my chin , hands hurt from the fall, neck pain for several days…. Too much perfume scent in lobby. But  was nicely decorated

It feels very ”family-friendly” and is surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful retreat. However, keep in mind its location if you plan on visiting the city center frequently. Location & Transport 🚌 Proximity: Conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle: The hotel provides a scheduled shuttle bus to and from the airport with frequent departures. City Access: There is no direct transport to the city center. To get downtown, you must take the shuttle back to the airport and transfer to a train/bus, call a taxi, or take a local bus to a transit point. It can feel a bit isolated if you don't have a car. Parking 🚗 There is ample parking space available, but please note that it costs approximately €20 per day. Room Quality 🛌 The Good: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality is very satisfying. The Amenities: A bit minimal. They provide the basics (soap, shampoo, and lotion), but no shower caps or other extra vanity kits. You might want to bring your own. Service & Facilities 🍳 Staff: The front desk team is professional and helpful. Breakfast: A highlight! The breakfast spread is good, and the staff are very attentive—constantly clearing plates and keeping the tables clean. Extras: They offer bicycle rentals, which is a great way to explore the surrounding Location : อยู่แถวสนามบิน ประมาณ 10 นาที มี shuttle bus จากโรงแรมไปสนามบิน มีหลายรอบตามตาราง แต่ไม่มีรถเข้าเมือง ต้องนั่งไปสนามบิน หรือหาแท็กซี่ หรือนั่งบัส ไปยังจุดต่อรถ Parking : มีที่จอดรถเยอะแต่เสียค่าจอดประมาณ 20 ยูโร Room : กว้าง สะอาด โดยรวมดี แต่ Amenities มีไม่เยอะ ไม่มีหมวกอาบน้ำ มีแค่สบู่ แชมพู ครีม Service : Front desk ดี โดยรวมโอเค ห้องอาหารเช้าดี พนักงานเก็บจานตลอด เคลียร์โต๊ะ โดยรวมดี แต่ถ้าไม่มีรถค่อนข้างไกล ห้องและสภาพแวดล้อมเหมาะกับครอบครัวและเด็ก ห่างจากตัวเมืองค่อนข้างปลอดภัย และอยู่ท่ามกลางธรรมชาติ มีจักรยานให้เช่า :เข้าเมืองแบบขับรถประมาณ 20 นาที ไปจอดรถที่ Olympic Stadium 6 euro ทั้งวัน แต่ต้องซื้อบัตร tram เข้าเมือง เรียกว่า P+R คือบัตร transportation คู่กับบัตรจอดรถ เพื่อลดราคาค่าที่จอดรถ บัตร tram 10 euro สำหรับ 24 ชม. สามารถซื้อบน tram ได้เลย

We stayed 3 nights at the Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol. Hotel is relatively quiet. The Moxy shares a shuttle with NH Hotel. For the shuttle to the airport, payment is expected via a chip per person which can be obtained from reception and booking has to be made. It costs €4 per person who is not a Marriott Bonvoy member or €3.5 for members. It is free from the airport to the hotel. There is no fridge, coffee or tea making facilities. We had to place a deposit of €90 on check in. Free coffee available in the morning only as the grab and go. No bottle water given as tap water is drinkable.

This stay was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm and thoughtful service made me feel warm. The staff was patient and meticulous throughout the whole process, and they responded to my needs quickly. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. Lying on it instantly dispelled my fatigue and I slept through the night. The facilities were also very complete and intelligent, and the quality was reflected in the details. The surrounding transportation was convenient and the supporting facilities were complete, which was very convenient for both leisure and work. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and both the hardware and software were impeccable. It was definitely a high-quality choice for travel and accommodation, and it was highly recommended!

This is my 2nd time to stay this hotel. We stayed 2nd floor room 240 this time, WIFI OK, AIRCON didn't work or we might mistook to use? And Floor was bit dusty , I regret I didn't bring my slippers. Coffee Maker was very helpful. Cups were so cute, And message on it's bottom was so funny. I found many people stole it. ”This was stplen from BASTION HOTEL.” hahaha Shower water pressure was perfect. Especially thank to Shuttle service. Thank you very much. Around check out time fire alarm was heard , tha's surprised.
