"Living in the same neighborhood, I was curious about to know what the old house on Colón Avenue had become, so I decided to spend a weekend at the property, turning out the experience overmet my expectations! Great service!, feeling comfortable as at home, Thanks¡ to the friendly warming staff. The room was fabulous, had the most comfortable sleep and my own tub on the balcony ! Cuna, a top restaurant!, signature menu by Chef Maycoll Calderon, amazing food a four course menu, tostada de pulpo maya, tiradito de pescado and the freshly baked pizza just delicious! The gardens simply gorgeous, breathtaking and appeasing, everything there is immaculate and most tasteful in every respect. Feeling as I found my own private oasis!"

XXiaoxiaomaodouziThe only drawback is that the floor of the shower room is too slippery and there is no anti-slip mat. I can only use the towel placed outside as a foot pad and put it on the floor of the shower room.

GGuest UserClean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

TTorbs- Beautiful design, very new hotel, quite small (I believe around 20 rooms)
- some service aspects need to be improved (for example inconsistencies at breakfast: some days we were directly offered the continental breakfast (coffee, fruit, yogurt) and then selected our 1 dish à la carte that was included … some days we had to remind the staff about the fruit etc)
- also, they have some sort of valet parking but then when we wanted to get the car, they said currently no one can get it for us (so I had to walk there myself)
- should do better in terms of e.g informing about spa options (we never got an intro)
Also do note that due to humidity and overall climate in merida, rooms are very prone to humidity issues/mold (smell). Also, the first room we were given was right next to the bar / restaurant with loud music so we asked for a change (which was approved)
