I highly recommend this hotel!
1) Great location: close to the coast and Old Town, 8 minutes from the bus station, and 2 minutes from a large supermarket.
2) The husband and wife owners are incredibly hospitable and speak Russian.
3) Absolutely delicious breakfasts! The food is clearly made with love.
4) Excellent guest care: there's construction near the hotel, but they specifically placed us in a room where it couldn't be seen or heard.
5) Very clean.
Overall, if I'm ever in Budva again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

I'm a travel agent, and no one at Condr knew that. I've seen a lot, and I came here after staying at a 5-star hotel in Tivat. Everything is spotless. Cutlery, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, a dryer, wine glasses, water glasses – perfect cleanliness. I really wished I could have stayed longer. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

Guest UserBeautiful new apartment but lots and lots of stairs although the balcony view made it worth it. Budva is a hard town to navigate if you aren’t driving so just be prepared it’s a 30 minute walk to the old town / beach. The host was super nice and did call a cab for me when I needed one. Only suggestion would be curtains that block the light as it was really bright super early in the morning.

Guest UserThe hote is located in the quiet residential area. It serves breakfast with a variety of choices. There's a sitting area by the pool outside.
The hotel is very clean. The room with a balcony is a bonus. There's a small supermarket opposite. Restaurants can be found on the main street which is a 5 minute walk across the roads.

We stayed for 5 nights in Budva at Elena's apartment and had a wonderful experience. We had a room with two balconies (we had breakfast on one, and I did my morning exercises on the other terrace). There was a separate kitchen with a sofa and a bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The location is superb; it's just a couple of minutes to the bus station, and then you can easily buy tickets to Kotor for a day trip. There are shops and cafes nearby, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the promenade. We were pleased with the lush greenery, abundant plants, friendly staff, and the low price in April. There was a coffee machine with capsules. The balconies offered a beautiful view of the mountains.
Things to keep in mind: it can be noisy on the balcony due to a nearby music school with children shouting, and a busy road not far away. We lacked some kitchen utensils as we cooked every day. There was no lid for the frying pan or dishcloths for the table. The extractor fan wasn't working, and the bathroom light only worked partially. A toaster was advertised but not present. There's no washing machine in the room; laundry costs an additional 5 euros. There was always a small puddle in the bathroom, probably from a leaking bidet.
Despite all the downsides, we were satisfied; it felt very cozy and pleasant, like a home away from home.

There was long hair everywhere. The bubble function in the whirlpool didn't work, so it was basically just a large bathtub. The windows are noisy, and the main road is right next to the house. You can also constantly hear dogs.
An early check-in was kindly offered free of charge. Otherwise, the accommodation was okay.

Guest UserWe had an executive room on the first floor with city view, sea view would have been towards the ferris wheel and the hotel isn’t tall so in my opinion not worth it.
The pool was great. Always a sunbed free. The staff serving drinks and food there were absolutely brilliant. Also had drinks in the bar with great service.
The breakfast is very good, the comments about poor service at breakfast are fair. If you go later there’s no fresh juice or even sparkling water and takes some chasing to get staff to get. Don’t let this put you off though. It really is a great breakfast spread and the hotel was absolutely immaculate and the bed was so comfy. I’d definitely stay again.

Good location, just in front of sea front with nice view. Very lively and happening with plenty of eating place and nightlife around. Close to a mall. Basic room but stay with comfort. Con side is got to climb staircase to 1st floor with luggage. No lift. Parking was expensive with EUR40 per day, open carpark next to Merit 5 star hotel. Quite a bit of walk to the hotel.

Guest UserGreat location, but the parking is pretty awful in the garage under the hotel. For some reason they've platforms on the actual parking spaces that just about fit your car, so it's a lot more of a hassle than it should be. Since it's a hotel the power turns off when you leave, meaning your AC and fridge turn off. Having slept in the attic room, it would've been great if the AC could run all day for the room to stay cool.
