4-Star Hotels in Beirut

It was a great stay. Overall experience perfect. Cleanliness and friendliness and service just great . I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is traveling to lebanon especially if he is going to be in achrafiyeh. Out experience with Citea was just great . We both want to thank them for everything .

Best in town, peace and quiet and chill. View is a big plus. Staff is excellent. Convenient.

Didn't expect much from the hotel. Very modest, no bathroom amenities (shampoo, etc.), only shower gel in a dispenser. I had to ask for an iron, as it seems to be the only one for the whole hotel. Very high humidity, the bed always felt damp. I asked for a non-smoking room, yes, it was written on the floor that the floor was non-smoking. But when I just went into the room, the feeling was that a company of 10 people had just smoked there. There was also an ashtray - accordingly, it is assumed that you can smoke .. Bed linen was changed the day before departure. Once I bought breakfast, also very modestly, there is no choice ... The hotel itself is right in Hamra, close to many shops, restaurants, close (walking 15 minutes) to Zaituna Bay. The staff is very friendly, they always tried to fulfill the wishes quickly. In general, if you are only going to sleep, then it’s fine.

Many thanks to the manager-supervisor Ahmad. Without his help, I would have been in a very difficult situation. I had a business in Beirut and he gave me all the necessary information about SIM cards, the Internet, how to use Google maps offline, where to buy the chocolate I needed, and even offered me a guide around Beirut. Moreover, Ahmad personally arranged with the chocolate shops, and I just had to come and buy what I needed. I am very grateful to him!!!

The location at the hotel is good, the room liked, breakfast for three, every day the same, humus and sauces are acid, eggs are wet. There was also a displeasant situation that turned out when we had already evicted. The safe in the room didn't work and we left the wallet under the things. And later found out that it was not enough $100. Nowhere except in the hotel they could not go missing. So I advise everyone to be vigilant, no money in the room to leave and insist on a correct safe. Apparently the room service staff is unfair.

Place was a little dirty cleanliness was okay but not on point. Would recommend it for a couple but overall a little disappointed with certain stuff. You need to get your own bath amenities as the ones they provide are non existent they had to be requested.

Price was so convenient and was fine for the money we paid for but when i go to Beirut will not be my first priority and will check for other options first

Basic facilities. Room is deluxe but old and needs to reflect more brightness and cleanliness. Compared to the international level, the hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness and quality control. The support was good and the efforts were appreciated but the hotel management needs to invest more to meet up with the international equivalent rate per night. Noting that the conditions of the country are currently defying and keeping up with the basic services is nearly impossible, and the hotel managed to provide the basics from water/hot water, electricity and A/C almost 24/7. Can order outside delivery to the room. Suitable for competitive rates, and customers intending to spend time outdoors as for travelers, young tourists, and regional customers.

First time staying here, the feeling is particularly good, especially the bathroom, which is fully equipped and has hot water as soon as it comes in, which is rare in hotels of the same level in Lebanon. The wooden floor, large bed, and international sockets are very convenient and will choose again next time👍

The bed was very comfortable and the whole room felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The toilets were very tidy, clean, and organized, which added a lot to the comfort of the stay. The hotel is safe, quiet, and in the best location in Hamra, just steps away from AUBMC, restaurants, and all main attractions. Great value, great service, and truly exceptional cleanliness. Honestly, a 10/10 stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again.
