Louis V Hotel Beirut
"I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. First of all, I don’t want to be unfair to the staff. The reception team and the valet staff were genuinely kind, respectful, and always tried to help. They deserve appreciation for their excellent attitude. However, the hotel itself was very disappointing, especially for a 5-star property. The twin room was extremely uncomfortable, and I honestly couldn’t believe this was the standard for a hotel with this rating. The shower was unbelievably small—barely enough space for one person to stand comfortably. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. We stayed for 3 days, kept the AC on the coldest setting the entire time, and the room never got cool. We were extremely uncomfortable because of the heat. We reported the problem several times, and each time we were told it had been fixed, but nothing actually changed. We ended up checking out with the issue still unresolved. The staff were great, but unfortunately the hotel’s facilities and maintenance were far below what I expected from a 5-star hotel."
Hotel Napoleon Beirut
"The place very dirty the water salty the furniture old broken the small in the room unfortunately so bad I didn’t take photos because there’s no point So I changed the place to another hotel and I will never recommend it to anyone"
Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Beirut

Radisson Blu Martinez Beirut

Royal Tulip Achrafieh
"Hello, I just wanted to say that I appreciate all of the staff including Mr.Samir, he's the kindest and funniest guy I've ever seen. This is the best hotel in my opinion, the beds are very comfortable, the showers are very nice and the view from the rooftop is stunning. Thank you so much for making our journey in Achrafieh exciting! I wish y'all and Mr.Samir the best of luck! "

Raouché Arjaan by Rotana
"Hotel was great"
Warwick Palm Beach Hotel
"Mr Ramy Kibbi With Guests who are seeking your help, you should give priority, listen to them and not loose your temper and misbehave inadequate. If i am paying a full price for a single room and can not use the room myself and have people waking me up and have no respect refusing to remove suitcases from other guests in my room, i call this Fraud. I stayed in that hotel 2 times before. All was ok. This time it was a Desaster!!!!!Unfortunately Mr Ramy, you do not fit there. Your behavior is one of those who should serve on streets and not on a desk in such a hotel. I love this hotel and it is the perfect place to stay in Beirut. Other people who work there are lovely, friendly and wonderful. Except of that night receptionist Ramy Kibbi who has no manner of whatsoever. "
Crowne Plaza BEIRUT by IHG

Serenada Golden Palace Hotel
"We had a great experience at this hotel. It was located nicely in Hamra, walking distance to the coast. The front desk was kind and the people were hospitable. The rooms were a bit old, but did the job. Our only issue was the choppy wi-fi connection. The lobby was grand, and a very nice spot - seems like a lot of people get their wedding photoshoots done here. Will be back!"

"The hotel is excellent. The view of the bar and room is beautiful. Recommend!"
ParkTower Suites
"We have not been able to visit since October 2019 and had stayed here for many years before then. Considering what the country has been through it was such a comfortable stay, everything worked- not sure why the other reviews conflict this- but our experience was excellent. The GM is incredibly accommodating giving us early check in and late check out at no cost, nothing was too much to ask from all the staff, location is perfect and I will continue to support them for our future stays. We even forgot a drawer full of clothes which they have kept aside for us. Clean comfortable and 24/7 electricity which is a HUGE luxury! Thank you to all the team "
Gems Hotel

The Parisian Hotel
"Pros: Good location, close to the CBD and the waterfront, a 10-minute walk. The area is said to be relatively safe and has had few major incidents. Cons: Outdated facilities, noisy surroundings, and limited breakfast options. Power outages occur several times a day, reportedly due to government rationing, requiring switching between public and private electricity, each of which can cause a power outage of several tens of seconds."
Bayview Hotel Beirut
"Amazing location, most of the staff were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Highly recommend, would stay there again."
Xpress by Smallville
"The only good thing about this hotel are the staff , they were remarkably great , very helpfull , specially terry , shadi and rakan the security guys , shadi and karim. A hotel with no free parking? A hotel with no hot water for bathing? A hotel that a guest asks frequently ( 5-6 times per day) for his door access to b reprogrammed because of the very old entring system to his room. A hotel that changes the price of the room from one month , sometimes week to another , not by 10-15% , but more than 30% increase on the room price? Sarcastically , we used to wonder if they will charge us on the breathe we take. Frequent change in staff is very weird . The hotel guests claimed for a winter shield in the sitting area outside , no response. All the hotel guests have the same remarks , and non of them is willing to come back in any other time after the end of the current situation we are living in. Excellent ,very welcoming and nice staff .. but unfortunatly it was a Terrible stay ."
