4-Star Hotels in Turin

The apartments occupy the entire entrance of the building and are in excellent location - near the railway station. Nearby is a good grocery store. The apartments are located in a historic building. It is really impressive: high ceilings and preserved fresco on it create a unique atmosphere. The sunset is huge. However, there are significant consequences. First floor : in the evening you have to keep the curtains closed to hide from the passers-by. The apartments only after repair. There is a lot not done that end. The bathroom lacks hooks and shelves, and in the kitchen there are glasses. The first floor is a recipe. The meeting took a wonderful time, the decoration took not a long time. From the unpleasant last night, the water flowed from the ceiling in the corridor. We immediately wrote to the hosts, but the message was left unanswered. This attitude towards the guests, especially in an emergency situation, has slightly spoiled the impression of staying. It also was unpleasant to surprise the number of criminals we observed every day in Turin. Therefore, there was a safe in the room. In general, everything went well.

The hotel is located right next to the train station 🚉. After breakfast and collecting our luggage 🧳, we could walk right into the train station square in less than five minutes. Cleanliness: Why was the water from our room's kettle so cloudy? I don't understand. I hope the hotel will check the kettle in our room. The shower gel 🧴 in the room smelled amazing, a classic European scent, I loved it! Service: Pretty good. When we checked in at night, they told us there was a bar on the sixth floor where we could get something to eat, but we just went to sleep and didn't go. The breakfast was really great, with a wide variety of options. The staff 💁♀️ proactively asked if we wanted coffee or tea 🫖.

The hotel is very welcoming, well-furnished, and well-maintained. The room was very spacious and equipped with everything needed. The staff were professional and efficient. The hotel's free parking is convenient, located right next to the building. Just a few meters away, there's also a metro station for getting to the city center and the shopping mall, as well as the Pinacoteca Agnelli and the Pista 500.

SPETTACOLARE, Hotel Fantastico, Colazione Ottima, vicinissimo alla Continassa (quartier generale della Juventus, non poteva essere altrimenti). A piedi siamo andati all'ingresso dello Juventus Training Center e siamo riusciti anche a vedere l'uscita di quasi tutti i giocatori e addirittura di farci un selfie con uno di essi.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, easily accessible by car and well-connected by bus and tram, allowing you to easily reach the city center and the main attractions. The continental breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered a good variety of options. There is also affordable paid parking, very convenient for those traveling by car. The room was clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The staff was always friendly and helpful, ready to answer any of our questions. We also appreciated the free luggage storage service both before check-in and after check-out, a truly useful service. Overall, a very satisfying stay that we would recommend without hesitation.

The hotel is located right in front of Porta Nuova station, a strategic location for those who want to explore the city on foot without having to carry heavy luggage. The staff was extremely kind and professional. Upon check-in, they asked us if we would prefer a room with a double bed (instead of two single beds pushed together). Furthermore, since we expressed concern about the noise of traffic and trams, they spontaneously switched us to one on the internal side. The room was truly comfortable and quiet, very spacious, and with a fabulous little terrace! The style is a bit retro but elegant. The hotel also has a spa, but we didn't use it due to lack of time. We didn't choose breakfast, but there are bars and pastry shops a few hundred meters away. I recommend the Pfatish pastry shop and chocolate shop, amazing!

Nice enough hotel but located way too far from the centre if you’re relying on public transport. If you have your own car then it’s probably ok. Typical fairly basic Novotel hotel room. Relatively low occupancy when we stayed so didn’t notice any neighbour noise. Tram line was undergoing repair work when we were there which made it very inconvenient to get to the hotel.

Value-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it is very clean and far away from noisy places. It is suitable for people who like quiet. The room is very clean and the overall stay is very comfortable. The front desk is very kind and the service is excellent.
