It's a short walk from the station. The staff are helpful and friendly. We had a great exchange. The room was beautiful with a queen bed and calm colors. There is enough space for two people to spread out their carry-on bags. There is no shampoo or conditioner so you will need to bring your own. The hair dryer had a strange shape and the airflow was a whisper. It doesn't dry easily. It gets so hot that you can't hold the handle, so we recommend wrapping it in a towel. The shower is a little small so it's difficult to move around, but it's clean. Breakfast includes standard items such as bacon, cheese, scrambled eggs, and croissants. Everything was delicious and I ate my fill. Overall, I was satisfied and thought it was a good idea to stay here. The location in the photo is the breakfast venue. Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻

Great stay with beautiful scenery. The surroundings were lovely and made the experience even more relaxing. Laundry is available, but you’ll need to use an app and scan the QR code at the reception lobby to access it. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Functional and well-managed facility! The city center is easily accessible by train, which runs from Rabaudengo-Fossata to Turin Porta Susa in 2 minutes. Excellent value for money.

The hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport. The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom. We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.

A delightful little hotel in an incredible location, just a stone's throw from Porta Nuova station. The Art Nouveau details of the building add extra value. The breakfast spread is generous, with both sweet and savory options, including excellent lemon and ginger-infused filtered water, and the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets are all nearby, as are the main attractions, which are easily reachable on foot. Overall, a very positive experience, also thanks to the highly helpful hotel staff.

Small hotel near the politecnico and the bus stop (flibco) to airport. Some rooms are recently renovated and staff will try assign you one of these. Air conditioning and WiFi are good. Building is old though and insulation is pretty bad (you can hear anything from the corridors).

#Praise# Satisfied with the size of the room, the layout of the room, the location, and the security; this hotel is right next to the university. The layout should be changed in the student dormitory. The decoration is very simple, but it is very clean. The room is very spacious. There is a big supermarket opposite. It is very convenient to buy daily necessities. If the weather is good, you can overlook the snowy mountains in the hotel corridor.

The location is good, close to public transport. The rooms are not bad, a bit old but clean. The main problem at this hotel is the soundproof of the room, I could hear the conversation from the other room and sometimes it was hard to fall asleep even after 23 o’clock.

I loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size. I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops. Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.
