Safe and Good location. Just take a short tram ride to beautiful old town.
Room is quite basic and small but functionals. Kettle is provided with some tea sachet. No coffee.
But made up by the owner by offering us an appretif before our dinner.
Buffet breakfast is reasonably price @€9.00.
Refer to photos.
Valet parking only €15/day right in front of the hotel. Very good and reasonable.

The location is very good, by the river, the high-rise windows can directly see the beautiful snow-capped mountains, the top floor platform is open, there are tables and chairs, you can sit up and enjoy the beautiful scenery at any time. 2-5 The floor is a student apartment, which is relatively lively. Staying in the drink delivery area, although I didn't enjoy it, but this is well received.

This hotel combines the advantages of family hotels and hotel services. The front desk is very welcoming, English is very good, the environment is very quiet, very close to the railway station and subway, and convenient transportation.

zhshannWe stayed in here for a night. Everything was good except the room was too cold, it seems like the heating system worked not so well. The staffs were friendly and the breakfast was great. Location also a bit far from the city center but no problem if you have a car.

Iuliia GeneralovaIt's not a hotel, it's a student campus. It is definitely better than the hotel, everywhere is clean, the amenities in the room are better, there is a kitchen, dishes. But it's a bit far from the centre and train stations. In summer it is inconvenient to stop because of hot weather, walk to the centre for half an hour, the place is quite calm and safe. Bus number 8 stops nearby, which goes to Porta Susa station, but runs rarely, once every half an hour

The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly.
The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe.
It’s not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets.
I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to the city center.
But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!

jerry727Small hotel near the politecnico and the bus stop (flibco) to airport. Some rooms are recently renovated and staff will try assign you one of these. Air conditioning and WiFi are good. Building is old though and insulation is pretty bad (you can hear anything from the corridors).

I loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size.
I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops.
Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.

The location is good, close to public transport. The rooms are not bad, a bit old but clean. The main problem at this hotel is the soundproof of the room, I could hear the conversation from the other room and sometimes it was hard to fall asleep even after 23 o’clock.
