Nanni was very helpful communicating timing and helping us to get parked which is slightly difficult due to switchbacks . Once we arrived, we had an amazing view and shortcut walk through a tunnel, gardens, and stairs to the heart of the city. The food was amazing and the restaurant he suggested was “primo” at the Piazza and the restaurant Osteria Imperfecta‼️I recommend that you stay a few nights since quite nice‼️

This was, without a doubt, the best place we stayed during our entire trip. While the room and bathroom were cozy, it hardly mattered because everything else was simply magnificent. The location is perfect—tucked away on a quiet street in the heart of the beautiful old district of Ragusa Ibla. The owner was one of the kindest and most helpful people we've ever met, always ready with useful information. The shared spaces are an absolute dream; the jacuzzi is perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring, and the Zen pool is a wonderfully tranquil spot to relax in the afternoon. But the absolute highlight was the breakfast. It was on another level—truly top-notch and unlike anything you'll find anywhere else. We cannot recommend this gem of a place enough!

Overall a very nice place to stay. Frienfly staff, good location. We spent 10 wonderful days here... a couple of things to mention for future bookings. The private beach is not free although no extra charge mentioned on the website (20 euros/day!). We have not been told that if you wish to have clean towels for the pool it also comes with extra charge per day. The safe in the room isnt free to use either. Im very glad we did breakfast only in the hotel as the food is very repetetive (if you are a meat lover its a big no no). Plenty of cakes, different kinda bread options but not much esle. For 35euros/person its better to sit in s restaurant on the beach! The secure carpark is very good if you renting a car, the pool is great and well mainained. We had a great time!

Excellent location, at the border between Ragusa center and Ragusa Ibla. Very beautiful and very staff very furnished and available. Discrete the first breakfast with the possibility of choosing between various coffee mixtures. To improve the cleaning of the room and in particular the bathroom. A reference point to Ragusa.

Excellent hotel. The pools, dining, and service were impeccable. The rooms were a bit dated and the cleanliness could be improved, but overall, it's an EXCELLENT hotel.

L'hotel si trova lungo la strada di collegamento tra Ragusa e Marina di Ragusa da cui dista circa 12 km. Per spostarsi, quindi, bisogna disporre necessariamente di un veicolo. La struttura è molto carina, con una grande piscina, la palestra, ristorante e bar. Dispone di ampi spazi, tra cui anche un anfiteatro per spettacoli ed un ampio parcheggio interno gratuito. Le camere sono spaziose con affaccio sulla piscina (la nostra) ed il letto comodissimo con topper. Tv 42” ed aria condizionata regolabile dagli ospiti. C'è anche un piccolo frigo con due bottigliette di acqua gratuite e, nel bagno, i soliti accessori. Veramente fantastico il buffet per la colazione soprattutto per chi (come noi) gradisce il dolce e la frutta la mattina. Abbiamo trovato, infatti, diverse specialità di dolci con crema ed alla mandorla e frutta di diversi generi. In conclusione, un ottimo soggiorno anche se solo per una notte ma ci sarebbe piaciuto poter rimanere per una settimana. Sconsigliato per chi non ha la macchina e viaggia con i mezzi pubblici.

Villa Carlotta is a property with great potential, however some details should be improved. For example, there is no battery charging socket near the head of the bed, which in 2023 is a major inconvenience for cell phones. The structure is beautiful and pleasant. Breakfast could be improved in quantity and quality
