"My stay at Anara Airport Jakarta was excellent and very convenient, especially for transit. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that provide a relaxing environment after a long journey. Its direct connection to the airport makes it extremely practical, saving time and hassle. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Despite being located at the airport, the rooms were quiet, allowing for a good rest.

Abinya AzkaFormerly managed by horison. We had stayed in this hotel numerous times.
Significant improvement and hopefully the improvement will remain as what now. New cofee machine in each room, new clean & puffy towels, new vibes. The in room food like nasi goreng and juices were excellence with pretty good price.
Please keep up the performance.

Eduardo112Location and free pick-up/drop-off service are very convenient for moving quickly from/to airport. Room is spacious. Check in and out are easy (although installing an app is a bit fastidious). Staff is good and speaks English and Mandarin.
My only complaints are that room gets either a bit too hot (without AC) or too cold (with AC) while sleeping, and that the fridge makes a loud noise (but can be plugged off).

The hotel is only a ten-minute drive from the airport, which makes catching a flight very convenient. Although they don't offer Chinese-speaking staff, the front desk was very warm and patient. The room had a bit of an odor, so I'd suggest they improve their cleaning and ventilation.

🍽️ Breakfast: 5/5 - So many varieties and everything was delicious! Loved the selection 😋
But the BEST part was the service! 💛
From the smooth airport shuttle pickup 🚐 to every single hotel staff, everyone was so kind and helpful. We arrived for a late night check-in 🌙 and the front desk still greeted us with the warmest welcome and made everything so easy.
Really felt taken care of. Will 100% come back again! Highly recommend 🙌

FenlibenpaodedaeThe facilities are grand, not too many floors, and very spacious. They are well-maintained and clean. The hygiene is excellent, and the greenery is beautiful. The service is attentive and thoughtful. There are many foreign guests, so safety and cleanliness are definitely guaranteed. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a convenient shuttle service. Highly recommend!

BirlyThe hotel staff were friendly, and the service was decent. The food didn't have much variety, but the taste was okay. The playground had a lot of broken equipment that wasn't tidied up, making it feel cramped, and the sofas in the playground area were dirty. The swimming pool was good, with sections for both toddlers and adults.

Keep coming back due to one person there!The room too dark and far away from the elevator. There isn’t any side table light compare to my several previous stay. The front desk not helpful at all and will not come back anymore visiting the hotel. It’s time to move on other hotel with better facilities. The hotel simply need to upgrade it as most of the items are very old. Moreover the front desk need to act professional and not assisting.

beambjbyThe staff were all friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Although the room was not very spacious, it was still convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Cons:
There was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. Room service could be improved — on the first day, I waited a little over an hour for my order, and on the following day, I waited for two hours but never received any. It seems my order may have been overlooked, so I ended up canceling it and ordering via Grab instead.
However, it is a good stay and good value for money in overall.

Pros
- Hotel is right above the check in gate 4 (domestic) and gate 5 (international) terminal 2
- breakfast starts early. We passed the restaurant at 3am and it was already serving food
- there is room service and restaurant at the hotel open 24hrs and the food was good
- room was comfortable
Cons
- there is no lift to the room floor. Had to use stairs to the reception with your luggage. After the receiption floor, had to go up to room floor.The escalator going up to room floor was broken
- room nearest to the reception is number 40 ish. Good luck if u get room number 01 cause u will walk a long way carrying your luggage. There was trolley provided to carry your bag and the security guy helped.
Despite the cons, this is still the best option if you need to get to airport early
