My stay at Anara Airport Jakarta was excellent and very convenient, especially for transit. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that provide a relaxing environment after a long journey. Its direct connection to the airport makes it extremely practical, saving time and hassle. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Despite being located at the airport, the rooms were quiet, allowing for a good rest. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend Anara Airport Jakarta for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a layover. It's very close to the airport, which is perfect for travelers transiting from Jakarta to Komodo, and includes airport transfers. They even have a WeChat account, so you can easily book your pickup from your home country. However, the pickup location was a bit tricky to find. I'd suggest they create a new video or picture guide for the pickup point. The hotel itself is very clean, and while the room was small, it was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. On the downside, our room wasn't ready until past 5 PM, even though check-in is at 2 PM. The efficiency could definitely be improved.

I requested the pick-up and drop-off in advance. The hallway was a bit noisy, and the towels didn't smell very fresh, so I didn't use them. However, it was convenient and the staff were friendly. I was satisfied with my brief stay, especially since I needed it for an early morning domestic flight.

The hotel is really nice, and the breakfast is abundant. The cleanliness is also top-notch. It was quite unlucky that the day my colleagues arrived for their business trip, a pipe burst at the hotel. They were temporarily moved to another hotel, which made for a very bad experience. The next night, when we stayed at this hotel again, it felt like we were back in paradise.

The staff were all friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Although the room was not very spacious, it was still convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Cons: There was an unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. Room service could be improved — on the first day, I waited a little over an hour for my order, and on the following day, I waited for two hours but never received any. It seems my order may have been overlooked, so I ended up canceling it and ordering via Grab instead. However, it is a good stay and good value for money in overall.

The decor style is just terrible, and the hot water for the shower is equally bad – it only lasts for about three minutes. If you have long hair, I'd suggest not washing it here, as there simply isn't enough hot water. There's no hairdryer either. The toilet doesn't flush properly, and the sink drain is also broken. Also, why is the smoking room right next to the lobby? Every time I walk past, it stinks!
