3-Star Hotels in Tangerang City

Staff was slacking not attentive upon check in. Almost given a wrong room type, until I double check and notify. Room was good, location was good too. The thing I love about this hotel, tranquil and serene with many greens, plants and look more like a resort style. There is a mini fridge but cannot be used as the wire cord was cut. No hangers provided upon check in. Check out was fast

The room was spacious, clean, and the service was good; there was a restaurant on the first floor serving Chinese food, which was decent; the hotel has been upgraded, resulting in a significant price increase; transportation was convenient.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for travelers. It is surrounded by many restaurants and dining options, so finding food nearby is never a problem. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, which makes the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it’s a great choice for a short stay near the airport, offering both convenience and good service.

Location was good accessible to many area. Check in was fast and staff was great. Room size is good with nice view of Tangerang City on the 9th floor. Except for the toilet ventilation not working at certain times everything else about the room was good. Buffet breakfast lack of manpower, just one guy manning during the breakfast hours. Some food was not replenish on time and some spread for the bread and toast not covered with flies around. Check out was quick. The security staff was pleasant and friendly throughout my encounter.

I stayed here for 3 nights for business and had a very pleasant experience. The price is affordable, and the location in the Tangcity area is incredibly convenient. It's within walking distance to the mall and nearby shops, plus there are 3 convenience stores right in front of the hotel. However, it falls short for business travelers. There was no mini-fridge in the room to store drinks, and the desk and chair were not suitable for working, forcing me to work from a nearby cafe instead. It's a great budget stay for leisure, but needs better room setup for work.

New apartment, new interior, new things inside, the facilities were completed (nice furniture and decoration), full of kitchen utilities (stove, refigerator, plates, knifes, spoon fork, etc), easy access, near to IKEA, JPO and mall Alam Sutera, lot of parking area (minus: paid parking one day max on 50k rupiah). Thanks to ms. Arie who always assist us when we stayed here). Keep the unit clean and neat, surely will come back soon..

Unfortunately this is not going to be a good review , firstly the room was a bit outdated , no soap in the bathroom had to use the body wash from the shower , had an electric stove top but no utensils , no cutlery , did not even have a spoon to stir the coffee , completely bare kitchen area so don’t know why the cooktop is there for . The aircon was really weak the remote didn’t work well so couldn’t change the temp and in the middle of the night we felt water dripping from the unit in the bedroom as it was over the bed , so we had to turn it off and had a really uncomfortable sleep, no bread available for breakfast which was a bit disappointing as I don’t eat heavy things like curry chicken and rice for breakfast . Staff were good but looking sometimes it is not enough .

I really enjoyed my stay here. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle, which was a great bonus. We booked two rooms and were able to get connecting rooms. My child's jacket was left behind, and they kindly sent it to my address via JNT. Thank you so much!

Convenient & affordable. Cleanness is not bad for the room but the washroom is quite dirty. Hopefully they can improve & ensure the washroom is washed with a better smell before letting any customer check-in. Thank you. Ya Waduud 💚

I was book this hotel because i have midnight flight to CGK and think probably will take 5 minutes drive to reach the hotel, but actually no. Still need to drive 25 minutes from airport which is if i add 10 more minutes i can already reach the jakarta area, the taxi was $6. Room is clean and nice, but i have problem with leaking AC. i was nearly fall because i didnt know. Water preassure is good, hot water, pool is nice.
