4-Star Hotels in Batu

Clean, nice villa, suitable for those who want to vacation together to Batu. 2 rooms are all on 2nd floor, bathroom only 1 downstairs. Minimal kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar are all prepared. Clean swimming pool. Location is not too far from the center of Batu City.

First at all thank you for upgrade our room, actually it hard to make decision to stay at kusuma before, because of im not sure this hotel well maintain or not. We know that kusuma agro is one of the legendary hotel at Batu city ( remind that im still at primary school this hotel already exist) It surprised me, the building well maintain, no leak at all, no ceiling spot, water heater running well and the breakfast great My 3 years old baby really happy stay hill except the weird statue (he said annoyed sad face statue) Thank you for the staff also, it a great warm experience and ill be back soon

Cleanliness needs to be considered again. There are many spider webs on the bed headrest and around the bed stand lamp. The room is spacious, suitable for families. Mosquito rackets are provided because there are so many mosquitoes in front of the door and garden. Sometimes some get in so you have to close the door quickly. Make sure to bring Soffell if you come here. The location of the hotel is the best. Highly recommended for a morning walk with a beautiful view of the mountains and gardens. The air is cool and not cold. The best morning you could ever ask!

It's a bit overrated as 4 star hotel. For their apartment/family room maybe, but not their normal rooms, the worst is their nusantara theme rooms. Location is superb ONLY for them who wants to go to jatim park 3 (Dino Park). Otherwise, there are other hotels that have better location and view (and other amenities). Dont get easily influenced by those vlogger/youtuber/tiktoker/influencer for this hotel.

Its a nice villa and good location but my negative observation is that they clean the floor with a detergent and the don't wash it well with water so after swimming and walking on the floor its very slippery

I have stayed at this hotel in 1997, but until now the hotel property is very well maintained. The hotel is clean and comfortable. There just needs to be a corridor from the hotel to the main lobby so that it doesn't get wet when it rains because the dining area is in the main lobby.

When I first saw the roadside wall, it didn't look very promising due to all the murals. However, once inside, the lobby was nice. The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony was also large. Room service was good; they offered to clean on the second day and provided extra drinking water. The bathroom was also clean, but I'm not sure if the floor's color was natural or if it was a dirty gray that wouldn't come off even when I tried to rub it with my foot. It seems like a new hotel still undergoing a lot of renovations. The swimming pool also appeared to be regularly cleaned, as the floor wasn't slippery. The only downside was the lack of an elevator. Climbing to the third floor while carrying my sleeping 2-year-old was quite a workout! 😩 The breakfast had a decent variety, but the seasoning was a bit bland. Overall, a two-night stay here is good for families.

BBQ was given 3 pcs of coal .baked sausage is not suitable , 8 o'clock ask again at the infor closed. roof dingding 、 lamp hat a lot of spider webs. thermos place has a lot of dust. very rarely clean. The TV is big enough but it's starting to break a lot of color line. The plants are pretty good, the kids are happy ninep here
